I only schedule a few weddings every week to give your cake the personal attention and detail it deserves. You won't find large ovens, bulk ingredients and dozens of cakes leaving my kitchen on a weekly basis. I am an artist and feel like your cake should be a work of art. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more!
