With a capacity of 198 people indoors, we have our Outdoor Patio area as well as an Outdoor Ceremony Space in front of our Owners Great-Grandfathers Barn. We offer a Handcrafted Bar room, full Bridal and Groom suites, Indoor Chapel Area, Indoor Reception Area, and a Warming Kitchen with Ice Machine, and Personalized Alcohol Packages. We also have Handicap Accessible Restrooms as well as a Full Shower Room. All Wedding Packages include Tables, Chairs, 14 Church Pews, Decorative Whiskey Barrels, Linens, access to our Full Warming Kitchen, Bar Space, Ice Machine, Shower, and a Staff on Premises. The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. Sunscape & Seascape is a stunning beachfront home and wedding venue located in Port Saint Joe, Florida. Featuring 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 20 guests, this luxurious private residence is situated in South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass. For over 90 years, The Warehouse has been at the center of Eclectic life. Built in 1928 for Lee Hornsby, the property has been in the family since the 1880s. It held commercial activity for cotton merchandising, lumber and hardware for 3 generations. In 1996, Aubrey Hornsby repurposed it as a social/cultural center. Its massive timbers, red brick walls, old-south charm, natural architectural comfort and grassy lawns inspire down-home livability. It has hosted The Alabama Cotton Festival, church/school events, concerts, theater, receptions and parties. Corporations have used it for photo shoots and as a sound stage. We have held over 600 events including 350 weddings. Upholding the historical structure, improvements have been made to ensure comfort and ease.

Azalea Cove Waterside is located on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama. We have great indoor spaces that can comfortably seat more than 60 for an after-rehearsal dinner and the main building can handle about 100. Outside are several covered pavilions, all with great views of the water and surrounding gardens and forest. There is plenty of room in a covered pavilion and around the swimming pools for a reception for about 300. We include tables & chairs but couples can choose their own caterer, florist, photographer, bartender, etc. for maximum flexibility though our on site wedding designer can assist and handle rentals if desired. The property boasts 1200 acres of row crop, cattle, and newly added blueberry farmland. Throughout the year you will see the farmers tending to the fields and as they prepare for harvest. Harvest season is particularly special to witness. The farmers harvest vast acres with little to no waste. Life on our working farm is spectacularly beautiful year-round. Depending on the year and season the ever-changing fields make our farm a sight to behold.

The Cedars is an event venue and vacation home rental that is part of a working cattle farm. Built in 1890 in the Greek Revival Farmhouse style, it still sits in its original location today. Early in 2019, the restoration of the original Nathan Bryan Whitfield, Sr. home began with the vision to return the historic farm home to a public place for sharing its beauty, family history and its agricultural significance with the community and others.By 1890, Dr. Whitfield’s son, Nathan built The Cedars, naming it for a grove of cedar trees that grew between the home and the road, which is now U.S. Highway 80. In April of 2009, Alabama Governor, Bob Riley, and Commissioner of Agriculture, Ron Sparks, designated The Cedars as an Alabama Century Farm. Being recognized as a Century Farm means that the farm has been in operation as a family farm for over 100 years and has played a significant role in Alabama’s history.

The Friends of Emerald Coast State Parks is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that works on behalf of Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou & Henderson Beach State Park. Our goal is to improve & enhance the guests' experience through services, improved facilities and interpretive programs. Funds generated through donations, membership dues, and FECSP services offered at the park go directly to support both parks. These funds are used to make improvements and repairs such as building projects, educational programs, equipment purchases, and interpretive displays to create an amazing experience for residents and visitors at both parks.
