The historic house sits on 4.74 acres of manicured gardens, designed by noted landscape architect Ralph D. Cornell in the 1930s. The adobe home itself dates to 1844; built originally as a cattle ranching headquarters, turned sheep ranch, and finally family estate before becoming a museum and historic site in the 1950s. In addition, the site is recognized as a local, state, and national historic landmark. Today, the gardens remain sensitive to Cornell’s landscape design, and many of the existing garden features have been maintained. The Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden was created by Kinzuchi Fujii between 1935 – 1940 for Charles and Ellamae Storrier Stearns. The garden offers numerous possibilities, within a uniquely designed, two acre property. Originally part of a larger private estate, the garden retains its ambiance of secluded serenity. The HomeStead in Oak Glen is located in the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. It's just a short jump off the 10 freeway on your way to Palm Springs. This charming and vintage property provides a welcoming atmosphere. From the backdrop of our heritage apple orchard to our tree-shaded reception area, it will be a day you will be proud to call your own. Here at the HomeStead we pride ourselves on not being copy and paste, each wedding here is built around the couples individualized style and vision. Due to our elevation (4,750ft), we have Season's! Our Spring is lush and green (last weekend of April thru mid-July). Summer is generally temperate (late July to August), and in Fall, the colors are eye-catching (September thru mid-November). Weddings are not scheduled from the last week in November through mid-April, but we are open for tours and visits throughout the year. This space is well equipped with a full commercial kitchen and bar, a beautiful rooftop deck, bridal and groom suites and will feature a Mid-century vibe. ​The owners, Rob and Lisa Younkin, purchased an old, family-owned auto repair shop in March of 2018, intending to build a small apartment complex, only to find out that idea did not work well with the lot size. So they decided to put their heads together, and the idea of a wedding and event venue took off. From there comes Hart & Main. The vision for Hart & Main is to create a purpose-built, versatile and differentiated event space for people to enjoy.

Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.

Tierra Rejada Ranch's Walnut Grove is snuggled in a pristine valley between the cities of Thousand Oaks and Moorpark. The property covers over 120 acres of prime Southern California land. Typical hot summer daytime temperatures are mild because of gentle ocean breezes from the west. Activities may be located in full sun, in the shade of tall 100' eucalyptus or under 50 year-old walnut trees planted by Monroe himself. For over 13 years there have been thousands of weddings held here where the guests enjoy the chance to be out in the country on a real working farm. The traditional Mexican Palenque was an arena that hosted many large parties and even battles that date back to a Mayan civilization that still stands today in Chiapas, Mexico. El Adobe added the Palenque Room to match this Mexican event space concept and host larger parties of its own. Weddings had long since been taking place at El Adobe but with the new Palenque Room and Chapel location in the adjacent Garden, it gave guests a dedicated space to host a grand wedding celebration with up to 250 guests in attendance. One of the most well-known features of this room is the retractable ceiling that opens up almost 40ft across to expose the skies above San Juan Capistrano. The room and its Garden have evolved over time adding a full bar of its own and spacious restrooms to accommodate the larger guest count.
