We have no stipulations on vendors, food and beverage minimums, or times that your ceremony or reception must occur in. The Shores of Cedar Point is situated on a large farm and is located on the North River in Mathews county Virginia. The Bride and her bridal party use part of the 1930's brick home to get ready in. The Groom and his bridal party have a separate room and is located a short walk away near the barn. The remodeled rustic barn is just a few more steps away with a fixed dance floor and twinkle lighting. We provide white padded chairs and tables for 150. We have another covered site for inclement weather. Ample parking and majestic scenery for you and your guest to enjoy as they meander down past cows and goats to the wedding site. For Saturday weddings the Friday before is blocked off so the wedding party can come in a decorate and have their rehearsal at no extra charge. The pergola was designed to capture sunset between the pillars overlooking the river, to make those everlasting memories.

The Maine of Williamsburg Weddings and Events Venue opened in October of 2021 in Williamsburg, VA. Located 7 miles from historic Colonial Williamsburg, the venue grounds are surrounded by trees providing a private, tranquil environment. Open Air The Glebe is the newest, yet oldest, wedding venue in Charles City County. The historic home was built circa 1745 to serve as the home of the pastor of Westover Parish and was, on occasion, the site of elopements during the mid 1700's. Today, you can host your wedding reception under our 60'x90' tent, have your rehearsal dinner in the Tractor Pavilion--or whatever celebrations you like for a day or for a long weekend. Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 years old.
