Coppelia Cakes is a specialty cake studio located in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley, and supplying cakes all over Colorado. We specialize in high-end wedding cakes inspired by nature, fine art, and unique textures and patterns. Our name comes from the comic ballet Coppélia- The Girl with the Enamel Eyes. Ballet has been a major part of Kenzie's life since the age of five. She fell in love with the story of Coppélia through her countless hours in the dance studio. When choosing a name it only made sense to combine her two passions of dance and sugar art, and so became Coppélia Cake Design.

My name is Cami and I am the face behind the goodies! I have been creating custom treats for over 10 years all over the Denver Metro area. I have always had a passion for baking and creating beautiful desserts so I decided to turn my passion into a career! I pride myself in using quality ingredients, working closely with my customers, and creating a truly sweet experience for any special occasion. Chelsea started Phresh Baked Goods in 2020 after leaving a previous full-time pastry chef position at a local successful high-volume catering company. I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and two little boys, Jameson and Dax, and we love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been doing wedding cakes for about 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.
