Hey there! John & Amy here, the husband and wife team behind the cameras. We’re both adventurers, daydreamers, and you guessed it wildly in love. Fun fact, we’re actually highschool sweethearts and have been together for 10+ years. We are currently based in NC and are transitioning to WA in 2022. We love to travel and are down to adventure throughout the US & Beyond. We both have a heart for exploration and love working with couples who share this adventurous spirit. I've been an artist for as long as I can remember. My mom gave me an old film camera sometime around 5th grade thinking offhand that I might be interested in yet another art form and boy was she ever right. From then on, I've always had a camera in my hand, documenting anything and everything. Photography has been not only my chosen form of expression for over half my lifetime, but my way of learning about the world, of getting to know people, and even of getting to know myself.

Soon after Juan and Emily got married in 2018 Juan began his photography career as a light technician in LA. Juan studied journalism for his undergrad, and this is when he was gifted his first camera and his interest in photography was sparked. Emily's childhood dream was to be a photographer, and after working for years as an ICU nurse she is able to do just that alongside Juan. We are energized by the creativity that photography brings, and the light and joy we experience from meeting couples.

I love being a wedding photographer in Asheville. Spending time with couples one on one to develop a personal connection and make them feel comfortable is what I love! I want everyone to feel like they are in their comfortable and natural environment when they are with me.
