“My biggest regret is I wish I selected Korina's Planning and Design package! For your sanity, planning a whole wedding is stressful on your own and you will need some help. I selected her Wedding Management package at the time and turn of the events, I found out I was having a bundle of joy on the way and was too exhausted to plan with only two months away from the wedding date. Not sure how I did it at all, but Korina helped me get through it and she is always so professional. I don't know how in the world I would have done it without her! Korina and her team, Giselle and Ashley, goes above and beyond for you. Yes you! During the pre-wedding months, she will communicate with all your vendors for you and create a wedding timeline so everyone knows what time, when, and where to meet. This will save you so much time and my advice is not to do this on your own. You will have so many other things to worry about. The day of your wedding, they will help setup your table design working alongside your florist and venue staff. It was perfection. They pay attention to detail and knew exactly what I wanted. My wedding was perfect all because of them. The only thing you have to worry about is getting ready and taking your gorgeous photos. At the end of the night, they will also pack everything for you and drop it off your hotel room so all you have to do is just head to your wedding after party. Quality of service is amazing and worth every penny. Korina is so kind, sweet, and personable too. All of my vendors loved working with her as did I. My wedding went smoothly because of her and I was able to enjoy celebrating my wedding day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Korina, Giselle, and Ashley.”

“Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!”

She was incredible quick with responses to all of my questions which was so important to someone so high stung like me. The team put in a lot of thought into the design of the tablescape, escort wall, cabana, lounges, etc. (not to mention I had 3 different table designs) All I had to do was send an inspiration photo and it was brought to life! We didn't initially plan on hiring a coordinator as I am an Event Planner as a career, but we decided somewhat last minute to hire a day of coordinator so that we could focus on enjoying our special day, and I am SO glad we did!
