We have 4,500 square feet of indoor space; this includes our cozy tasting room and adjacent event space. The event space also gives you access to the cupola where you’ll have a 360-degree view of the estate winery. It’s quite spectacular! We also have nearly 3,000 square feet of covered, wrap-around porch. It too, is an equally great space and overlooks various fields. You’ll often see our Grape Vine Patrol Squad (rescue dogs) out walking in the fields. We have eleven in all, and their job is to patrol the vineyards and keep out prey. They’re all friendly, enjoy meeting new people and being petted. In addition, feel free to inquire about using acreage surrounding the tasting and production facility for your private event. Located in Washington, District of Columbia, Florida House on Capitol Hill is a historic wedding destination. This Victorian-style venue was first built in 1891 by Edwin C. Manning. It was only later, in the late 1900s, that it took on a new life as Florida House on Capitol Hill thanks to the dedicated refurbishment spearheaded by Rhea Chiles, wife of public official Lawton Chiles.

The home was built (around 1790) to take advantage of the view. A historic site of both Revolutionary and Civil War events involving battles for the Potomac Ford, a dam, and an old mill.
