Greg and I were lucky enough to book Shannon and the Three Roots Team for our October 2022 wedding. From our first call, Shannon was nothing short of enthusiastic and full of ideas to help me bring our vision to life. She listened intently as I tried to describe the "untamed romantic garden" vibe I wanted for our wedding florals and executed beyond my expectations! From a comprehensive proposal to planning calls, Shannon was there every step of the way. Since we were getting married at a family member's home close to Shannon, we arranged a site visit so she could make sure the flowers worked with the house. The quality of the flowers Shannon sourced is unmatched. Like, crying when I saw my bouquet for the first time unmatched. Working with a florist who focuses on quality stems was a top priority for us, and our bouquets and centerpieces were filled with the most vibrant stems and biggest dahlias I've ever seen. Thank you so much Shannon for helping make our day picture-perfect and remaining flexible in the midst of a literal hurricane!

Floral Designs by Melissa LLC
Sandy Hook, CT
  • Starts at $6,000

At the age of 15 I began taking horticulture & floral design classes & fell in love with all aspects of floral design from that moment on. I feel that I am truly lucky to be one of the few people out there who found my true passion in life so early. Nearly 20 years later I still feel the same excitement & love I always have for being a floral designer. My love for what I do is how I am able to meet my goal of exceeding the expectations of each & every individual that I work with. There is not one style or budget that each person should have to conform to for their floral needs & desires to be beautiful.

I highly recommend Jen with Wood & Word Blooms. I was unsure about “fake flowers” but didn’t want to go through the effort of maintaining real flowers on the Big Day. When I saw her Instagram I couldn’t believe her flowers were made out of wood!!! They’re not hard at all, they are sort of soft so they look so similar to the real thing. I had several people ask me “Those are made out of wood?!?” I loved them and they were a big, BIG hit with everyone who either saw them in person or saw pictures of them. So thankful to Jen and will recommend her any day!

    The Faux Bouquets

    5.0

    Redlands, CA
    • Starts at $175
    • Serves Monroe, CT

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I chose to do the artificial floral rentals using the lovely lush package and picked the garden vibrance suite. I also added on some other items like the micro floral spray and the mini toss. These items really helped round out my reception. Using the rentals was perfect for me as I knew I simply did not want to have to put in a ton of time assembling floral arrangements and I didn’t have to worry about keeping them/giving them away. They also reached out to see more what I wanted in my keepsake bouquet and boutonnière where I was able to personalize and add succulents! After the ceremony and reception, I received many compliments on how well done the flowers were.

    Little Blooms

    5.0

    Nashua, NH
    • Starts at $4,000
    • Serves Monroe, CT

I started my business in 2018, after I finished floral design classes from Cass School of Floral in Watertown, MA. I have had hands on experience from Floral Arts in Westford, MA and have completed over 15 weddings in my time as a floral designer. I have a little intern named Larry, a corgi-pit mix, who is the model for Little Blooms, who you will see a lot of on Instagram. I love using locally grown flowers as much as I can in my work, to really showcase 'farm to florist'.

    Awarded Best of Zola
Little blooms did all the florals and greenery for our wedding ceremony and reception and did an absolutely beautiful job. My favorites were the alter flowers- they were amazing and all the guests raved about these and I think these florals set the tone to kick off a beautiful day! Little blooms not only did a beautiful job, but helped us out on late notice during a very busy wedding year (2021!) and we were so thankful for her help! Danielle was very flexible with our different design ideas and changes through the process and ultimately brought our vision together beautifully. We highly recommend Little Blooms and will definitely use their services again in the future for any events!

Planning a wedding in the height of COVID was no joke, but of all the redeeming factors, working with Sara & Muse Art Co. was one of them. I had a very specific vision for my special day, and the second I discussed it with Sara I just knew it was going to be executed! She is very passionate about her work, she listens to you, she asks questions, she will be with you every step of the way to make sure you get what you want and are happy. My bridal shower was an absolute dream, think Bridgerton vibes, I STILL to this day get compliments on my centerpieces. She also helped design my hanging flower chandeliers for my wedding day, it was the worst weather I think in wedding history but Sara's talent made the entire venue light up, everyone was in awe, including me! I am forever grateful for her hard work, her dedication, her understanding (I would text her my freak outs along with random pictures of flowers on my daily walks to see if I could incorporate them somehow!), and her unmatched talent. I plan on using her until I run out of celebrations!

I just wanted to reach out finally after our wedding and let you know how in love I was with all our floral decisions! The process was easy, seamless and, with a little help from my friends, a memory maker. I was totally oooo-ing and ahhhhhh-ing opening all the flower boxes after i picked them up! Each box was another wonderful surprise and i was floored with the quality! AND, best part, they lasted for days and being transported in the back of a work van to the Cape for our festivities. I have been highly recommending your business to everyone that asks. I’ve included some of the professional photos in case you wanted to use them on your site, due to file size, I’ll send a second email with additional photos. Again, I’m in love with bloom culture and cannot thank you enough for customized boho beauty your flowers added to our wedding!
