I was inspired to become a day-of coordinator after planning/executing my own wedding in 2016. I thought I had all the dots connected w everything ready to rock, but it became overwhelming come the Big Day. Though I can’t turn back time, I can move forward to be there for others when they need me the most.

Delaney has been involved in everything wedding for over three years. Her passion is to help couples create their fairytale wedding using her expert eye for detail, tricks of the trade, and maybe a hint of magic. I’m Sadie, and I’m an expert wedding planner who’s been designing weddings and planning events of all types since I first started in 1999 in San Diego. Now I’m a full time wedding planner and lead floral and event designer for my boutique planning business since 2017.

With 20+ years of experience on two coasts, Bari utilizes imaginative ideas to create dynamic experiences. Bari has an innate ability to listen and works to ensure your needs are a priority. Born in NY, energy is a natural part of Bari’s persona. "What I love about wedding & event planning is helping families to have what they want for their once-in-a-lifetime events. When I'm not working on an event, I experience life with my husband and four teens or hang out in my Art classroom, where I help students develop their own creativity."

The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.
