Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

With a large indoor ballroom and an outdoor plaza, 440 Elm offers the rare outdoor ceremony/ indoor reception combination with plenty of room for cocktail hour and lots of spots for photos. In-house catering by Bite Catering Couture offers personalized options with menus tailored just for you! The downtown Long Beach location provides access to lots of hotels, restaurants, Catalina, the Queen Mary, for a great weekend for your guests. And all roads lead to Long Beach so it's a perfect spot for those with guests coming from San Diego to Los Angeles.

We do not work with any outside catering, nor do we offer site rental-only/ceremony-only events. Rates do vary by year, day of the week and time of year. We offer prime and off-season rates. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Golden Road Brewing, located in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Angeles, offers two completely different event spaces for your wedding celebration! Chloe's is a warm & inviting multi-level Speakeasy, featuring three unique rooms that give you the maximum flexibility to customize your wedding reception. The Biergarten is our newest addition to Golden Road, a vibrant open-air space equipped with picnic tables and string lights.
