UNION is Kansas City’s most versatile, multi-level event venue. It was designed with every detail in mind to seamlessly host a variety of events. UNION's three floors of event space can each seat up to 200 guests, plus our fully-furnished Speakeasy can accommodate 100 for a cocktail-style reception. The main space has historical charm combined with exposed ceilings and rustic red brick. The venue is a blank canvas to bring your dreamy ideas to life. The couple and their guests can enjoy Novella's Drawing Room, an outside deck with furniture, and we offer a prep area for the caterers. The Suite fits right into the neighborhood. Upside Studios KC is a historic, truly rustic, event space located in the west bottoms of Kansas City. The building dates back to the early 1900s. With over 5500 square feet of unique space, you will find something different in every nook and cranny, from exposed brick, pillars, patina, original wood floors and so much more that makes for optimal photos along with being right outside the 12th street bridge! Our space can host 150 seated and 200 people total.

The Venue is a unique space that allows you to host your event with pride and confidence. The Venue is located in the downtown historic district of Sedalia, Missouri. We are located within two blocks of The Hotel Bothwell and across the street from Kay's Bridal and Tuxedo. You and your guests are also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, barbershops, beauty salons and the Ozark coffee shop. The building has been renovated by adding modern touches to the original charm that was created in 1906. The Venue's main level exhibits industrial chic accents such as; Grand chandeliers, string lighting, concrete countertops, exposed brick, the original hardwood floors and punch tin ceiling.

The Oliver Building Event Space encompasses 3 floors of a lovingly restored 1880s building in Kansas City's Historic West bottoms. With over 20,000 sqft the Oliver is perfect for everything from an intimate, romantic wedding, a throwdown party or corporate trade shows and seminars. This Historic Event Space offers 3,000 square feet in what was formerly a church in the 1950s. With warm lighting from the skylights, tall windows and double French doors connecting you to the intimate garden patio, this space is inviting on its own.

This historic space first opened for business in 1922 as a silent movie house, called the Rosedale Theatre, and was revamped as The Vox Theatre in the 1940s. The building's art deco craftsmanship, seen through vibrant brick inlays offers a dramatic entrance into the space. Once inside, the 6,500 square foot building boasts 20' high ceilings and sweeping views throughout the main event space; your gaze will wander to the original stage valence framed by customized architectural lighting. Plush red velvet curtains greet you upon entering the space, and boldly frame the 16ft wide elevated stage. Where theatre seating once was, the space is now completely open concept, offering uninterrupted sight-lines and allowing creative flexibility in how you arrange your event.
