Hi, my name is Cris and I am the owner of Red Velvet DJ! I actually started DJ-ing at the age of 11 (1996). In my early 20's I transitioned to DJ-ing at various clubs & lounges throughout the Chicagoland area. (Where I grew up and lived till 2019) Some of them include Dragonfly, Bella Lounge, Republic, Wet, Waterhouse, and Rebel in Wrigleyville. I have focused primarily on weddings since 2009. My open format mixing style is very diverse, so I am able to blend all genres of music together! I live in Temecula with my wife, 2 children, and 2 dogs. I have a love for basketball, wine, long walks, and vacuuming around the house. =)

Michael Gagnier has a Bachelor's Degree in Music from California Sate University San Bernardino and has been in business as a DJ since 1994. Michael has extensive experience working weddings, clubs, school dances, karaoke bars, etc. His knowledge of music theory lends to masterful mixing that takes into consideration the use of tempo as well as key structure in order to have smooth transitions from one song to the next. Michael received his Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Redlands His organizational skills and vast experience lends to sequencing the special moments within your event so that there is little down time.

We are a proud member of the United States Disc Jockey Association. We are experienced at reading crowds and can always adjust the music format to the vibe you and your guests are enjoying. Our first priority is to make sure that all of the music is custom-tailored to your tastes because it is your special day and we want everything to feel special for you and your guests.

We have all worked in TV, Movies and Music since 2010. The group actually formed late 2013 in Riverside, CA. We've taken our show across the country and in Festivals all over Europe. Just released our first original song "I Fell In Love" Featuring Afrodyete Love
