The venue features a 1-acre pond, a 3-bedroom Bridal Cottage, a down-stairs Groom's Room, a large climate-controlled wedding barn, an outdoor patio, a covered pavilion​ with stone fireplace, and the wonderland woods. At Dragonfly, you have a place for all your wedding festivities: engagement pictures​, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.

Grbic wedding venue offers over 3,500 square-feet of wide-open space, complete with exposed white washed brick and elegant archways that act as a perfect canvas for your personal touches. The space allows up to 360 guests and is perfect for dancing all night long. If you’re from St. Louis, you might recognize our space as the iconic Old Bailey Dairy Farm. We have maintained nostalgic pieces from the farm while integrating our own influence of classic European and modern Western culture that ensures a backdrop that is as charming and elegant as it is fresh and contemporary.

We also offer a cocktail hour bar cart and a shuttle service for local hotel blocks or to our off site Loveland Home that sleeps up to 12 guests {located just 10 minutes away}. Our venue hosts up to 215 guests. 1 hour rehearsal, wooden cross back chairs, private bridal suite and grooms loft included in price. Tours offered throughout the week by appointment. Upon booking, we will send you a list of all of our favorite vendors, but we do not require to use them and you may choose your own caterer. Engelbrecht Farm sits on 8 acres and is located in the heart of farming country. A very unique structural features of the barn is the opening to allow guests to be seated to two levels and both levels can look at the head table for a gallery type feel. The other unique feature is its size. It is the largest actual barn (not modern structure that looks like a barn) within multiple states at 4500 square feet. Adjacent to the barn is the old 4000 square foot feedlot with flower garden and iron pergola. Late in the day makes for a great spot for outdoor games. With the barn comes the recently restored, three bedroom farmhouse originally constructed in the 1890’s. One amazing aspect for the wedding package is it’s a standard three day booking. Families arrive on Friday and check out on Sunday. This gives them time to relax and take the whole experience in. Plus the time is spent making their wedding their own. This is the place for imagination and creativity to really shine.
