The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall.
