Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

You and your guests are the focus! We are more than a standard wedding venue that's a wedding factory. We want you to be able to spend an amazing wedding weekend filled with quality time with your family and dear friends who have traveled here to celebrate with you. Our atmosphere and property invite relaxation. There are indoor and outdoor spaces available for your ceremony and reception as well as rooms for you and up to 25 other guests to stay on property. We're a Bavarian-inspired 12,000 sq ft log building surrounded by trees and trails winding around the hillside - away from the hustle and bustle. From the Great Hall with its dramatic stone fireplace and herringbone wood floors to our Courtyard with it's gazebo, café lights and water feature, Timber Rock Lodge will be an amazing backdrop for your special day! Timber Rock Lodge is owned and operated by a husband and wife team who believe customer service should be the cornerstone of all we do!

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

First built in 1903 as an Episcopal church, Hay Long Chapel has stood for over 110 years. Hay Long Chapel is located just off of Main Street in historic, downtown Mount Pleasant, Tennessee. Less than an hour drive from South Nashville, Hay Long Chapel provides the perfect setting for intimate weddings, baby showers, bridal luncheons, music videos, and other boutique events. This historic venue was built in 1885. Features include original hard wood floors, several exposed brick walls, chandelier lit ballroom, and magnolia shaded garden. Couples can choose from an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Couples can plan it all themselves or choose our inclusive wedding packages.

Where you say “I do” overlooks the South Cumberland State Park and breathtaking mountain views. We are located on 8 private acres that has two waterfalls! You get access to a beautiful bluff view that makes wonderful photos! We provide plenty of parking, electricity on the bluff, white doors that you walk through, and a traditional or geometric arbor. Our venue package includes the entire weekend where you check in on Friday and check out on Sunday, giving you two nights and three days to relax and have a stress-free wedding. Also, if you prefer to have your wedding on a different day than Saturday, we are flexible in adjusting your big day so you will still get the 2 nights / 3 days with us. You will be staying in our rustic and romantic honeymoon log cabin suite filled with antiques from Yorkshire, England.

We are a family owned farm with multiple ceremony sites, the most popular being lakeside. Our authentic 4,000 sf barn is garnished in rustic elegance for that comfortable country feel. You will enjoy the day in our beautiful climate controlled bride & groom's suites. Our staff will be onsite from start to finish to ensure everything goes smoothly and you have precious memories that will last a lifetime.
