Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

Unique event space nestled in the hills just outside Nashville consisting of 32 acres and a nearly 100 year old castle built by a mobster with ties to Al Capone. Serving as a world class studio since 1983, the Castle now doubles as an event venue! Most gatherings held at Castle Events and Weddings take place outdoors, with the grand entrance playing host to ceremonies. Chairs are set up on the lawn for guests, so they can make the most of the warm Tennessee sun. We can accommodate up to 300 guests depending on how the Castle grounds are utilized. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members whose #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.

Our charming venue has a beautiful and unique love story of it's own. Originally designed as a fully functioning horse stables, the venue was built in 2000 as an equine boarding and training facility, and sits on a 168 acre family farm. Highland Stables transitioned to a full time event venue in September 2014. Firefly Lane is located on our 85+ acre family farm with two available venues. The Barn is 4000 square foot of climate controlled space and offers two ceremony locations, the Enchanted Forest or the Garden.
