Our Spring is lush and green (last weekend of April thru mid-July). Summer is generally temperate (late July to August), and in Fall, the colors are eye-catching (September thru mid-November). Weddings are not scheduled from the last week in November through mid-April, but we are open for tours and visits throughout the year. In addition, the site is recognized as a local, state, and national historic landmark. The Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden was created by Kinzuchi Fujii between 1935 – 1940 for Charles and Ellamae Storrier Stearns. The garden offers numerous possibilities, within a uniquely designed, two acre property. Originally part of a larger private estate, the garden retains its ambiance of secluded serenity. An authentic teahouse is a highlight of the garden, romantically situated overlooking a quiet pond. Winding paths lead to various gathering points and vistas, under spreading sycamores and old oaks. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.

The traditional Mexican Palenque was an arena that hosted many large parties and even battles that date back to a Mayan civilization that still stands today in Chiapas, Mexico. El Adobe added the Palenque Room to match this Mexican event space concept and host larger parties of its own. Weddings had long since been taking place at El Adobe but with the new Palenque Room and Chapel location in the adjacent Garden, it gave guests a dedicated space to host a grand wedding celebration with up to 250 guests in attendance. One of the most well-known features of this room is the retractable ceiling that opens up almost 40ft across to expose the skies above San Juan Capistrano. The room and its Garden have evolved over time adding a full bar of its own and spacious restrooms to accommodate the larger guest count. However, it still holds its original style and beauty where thousands have come to celebrate their special events and gather their friends and families for an unforgettable night.

Discover the Hidden Oasis of Las Vegas Our elegant ballroom can host up to 250 guests comfortably. Events in the ballroom have exclusive use of the patio area (over 2,000 ft. of patio space) so guests may enjoy over 6,000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor space in the sunny Las Vegas weather. For smaller, more intimate events, we are happy to offer the Hollywood Room. Our Hollywood Room comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests. In addition, we have a beautiful wedding garden surrounded by palm trees and roses. You can choose from our vendor partner or D.I.Y. Since Oasis now have its own liquor license we cannot have our guests provide any alcoholic beverages during the event. Our Wedding Monitor works closely with our guests to provide them with all their needs. Booking fees include the set up of tables (60" round), 6 ft. banquets and chairs (black banquet chairs).
