Belle Garden Estate is a luxury, outdoor, historic wedding venue. We are located in Wirtz, VA. Just 25 minutes from Downtown Roanoke and 15 minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. Our covered pavilion can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests. We have beautiful mountain views, inviting gardens, and multiple scenic ceremony sites.

Sunnybrook has everything you need for a perfect wedding or event: A large and historic home setting, a beautifully renovated ballroom, a covered outdoor veranda with a double water feature, an open-air boxwood garden with a charming pergola feature, a bridal suite, and a groom's suite. We offer the versatility to accommodate the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location. The facility holds up to 225 guests, reception-style. We are a premiere full service event facility ready to entertain all of your wedding needs from the bridal shower to the reception and everything that falls in between. Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 years old. Every couple and family that come to Poplar Hill tell us that our pictures do not do it justice! We take pride in the care of the house and grounds and cherish the opportunity to share it with others!

Nesselrod on the New is a 13-acre estate in the heart of the New River Valley. Overlooking the historic New River, Nesselrod offers the perfect combination of privacy while being minutes from everything you would need. Built in 1939, the house features a cozy Bed & Breakfast and several outdoor venues to host your wedding. Nesselrod on the New has several advantages compared to other wedding venues. We offer rooms for the wedding party and/or family to stay in, we are located close to restaurants, stores, golf courses, and Universities. Just a short TWENTY minute drive south of Lynchburg, Avoca, the principal architectural landmark of the Town of Altavista, is an American Queen Anne-style house, designed by architect J.M.B. Lewis and built in 1901. Designated a Virginia Historic Landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Avoca is the home site of Colonel Charles Lynch, Revolutionary War hero. Venue has a beautiful vineyard arbor for wedding ceremonies and the ceremony walkway is a paver pathway lined with red rose bushes. A large tent on a paver patio is available for wedding receptions. MeadowCroft Farm has been a working family farm for 7 generations. Located just outside of Staunton, Virginia in the rural community of Swoope (pronounced Swope). It is named after Jacob Swoope, the first mayor of Staunton and a land developer in the late 1700s. MeadowCroft Farm is situated in southwestern Augusta County, in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are just a short five-mile drive from the Interstate I-81 and I-64 Staunton bypass. The renovations and updates to the adjoining cabins were completed in 2018. The Inn at MeadowCroft opened to delight guests with this beautiful, historic property. Our rooms are named after members of the Swoope family in keeping with the history of the inn and the local area. Our Honorable Jacob Swoope suite is in keeping with someone of the first mayor of Staunton’s status.
