The Madison Event Center was the perfect venue for our Wedding Day! From start to finish, The Madison team took such great care of all our needs and made us feel so special. The planning process was very easy and stress free because they offer an all-inclusive package and handle everything on site, so we didn’t have to do much. We enjoyed working with the Details Specialist, Riley. She made sure no detail was missed while offering great advice too! It was nice having Hotel Covington next door, we took advantage of the Wedding Room Block offerings, Suites to get ready in on the day of, and we even hosted our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Reception at the Hotel! Our family and friends loved the convenience of it all! When it came to the night of our Wedding, everything was truly perfect! The Madison provides a Banquet Captain to take care of everything throughout the night, our Captain went above and beyond our expectations. We have such beautiful memories to carry with us and are beyond thankful for The Madison & Hotel Covington bringing our dream Wedding to life!

God I don't even know where to begin. We started our planning and venue search 8 months before the date. Valle Vista was the first place, and the only one that we looked at. They had every single little thing we wanted, and infinitely much more that we never would have thought of. The different appointments throughout the process and the purposes they served, such as selecting the cake and choosing runners for tables, or finalizing how everything will be looking for the big day. They were there with us every single step of the way. On our day, Amelia was an absolute gem to everyone, including the ushers, bridal parties, and guests on absolutely everything and anything to make the event function smoothly. There's no words to describe her and the staff's work other than being a truly well oiled machine. The food and cake was exceptional and all the guests loved it. It's impossible to put into words how incredible the whole day was, and I wish I could put it all into this small review. Not a single bad thing was said about anything by anyone all night, and rather they all had such a one of a kind time. None of this would have been possible without choosing Valle Vista. Truly an 11/10 pick. Thank you from the bottoms our heart for the best night ever. -Winters Wedding

We were so happy to have our wedding reception at Receptions in Erlanger. We worked almost entirely with Kristina who made the process so easy and seamless! Food was delicious, service was always prompt throughout the entire process, and the near all-inclusive service of set up/tearing down, dinner prepared onsite, and all the decor available to be used was unmatched. Our wedding night was truly spectacular and we can’t recommend Receptions enough!

We had our wedding and reception at Black Creek Ridge Flower Farm. Everything turned out great. The owners are very personable and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They have connections with the local vendors. That put our mind at ease knowing that they’ve worked together before and everything would run smoothly. The carriage house, on site, made it convenient and easy for me and my girls to get ready in before the ceremony. The property is beautiful. I had about 80 guests and it felt like any more than that would have been too crowded. We so are glad we chose the flower farm!!

As of this recommendation, I have only been to the OT Farms once but it left an impression. As a DJ I work at tons of venues and not all are as easy to work with as this place. The layout is perfect for a wedding, it's easy to get to, it has the rustic look with modern amenities, and the staff is a pleasure to be around. As the title says: I can't wait to get back there!

We need 10 stars, 100 stars. Mica and Theron and their team brought our dream wedding to life - both ceremony and reception. I was nervous about wedding planning - all the things to coordinate, how are you sure that you are picking the right vendors, how do you KNOW that things will be done the way you envision..... Mica's list of vendors was a phenomenal place to start, and when many of them were booked (we planned our wedding in less than 6 months), she assisted with sourcing other vendors. My husband and I were buying a house, selling two homes, our daughter was graduating from high school and heading off to college - and we were overwhelmed. Mica brought a sense of calm and high confidence that she and her team had everything under control all the time. We worked together over email, and in person, and every interaction was personal and professional and FUN! Mica's wedding coordination services are included in the booking of their venue (The Windamere) and she and her husband Theron went above and beyond in every aspect. A few examples... she found the perfect picture frames and edited/printed the photos we wanted to use for our table numbers. she utilized glass candleholders she already had (various shapes and sizes) combined with beach sand, sea glass and seashells to beautifully decorate our tables. she made a personal phone call to the owner of a local restaurant to be sure that they could accommodate a day-after-wedding brunch for my family. The Windamere is SUCH a gorgeous venue. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready the morning of, and my husband and his groomsmen loved the "Stag Room". [TBH, many of us ended up in the Stag Room throughout the reception!] The dance floor is perfectly located to be sure that guests who remain seated are still part of the activity and everyone feels included. The upstairs vault is such a gorgeous backdrop for a ceremony, and then a reception bar. The uplighting complimented the colors of our wedding (various ocean blues) and the entire space is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The two balconies above the main floor are perfect for photos. And Mica's standard practice of bringing the bridal couple up to one of the balconies right after the ceremony - and to a waiting bottle of cold champagne! - is a phenomenal moment!! My husband and I had some quality "alone time" in the moments after becoming husband and wife - we could still hear our guests having a great time, and the music from our DJ, but it was just us. Such a VERY special time! Mica was our officiant as well, and exceeded our already high expectations! Tremendous attention to detail for every part of our ceremony, the transition to the reception and the flow of the reception itself made sure that everything was executed flawlessly - as far as we knew!!! I'm 100% positive that there were things which went sideways, or not as expected/intended, but we were not aware of ANY of it until well after the event when we were laughing and telling stories. :-) I should have apologized at the beginning for the length of this recommendation, but if you've read this far, we'll leave you with this. You cannot go wrong trusting Mica and Theron and their team at The Windamere with your big day. Whatever your vision, they will listen, have fantastic recommendations, and make sure that this important, intimate day is all about the two of you.
