Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

Built in 1871, Cow Track Ranch sweeps from the floor of Nicasio Valley surrounded by rolling hills and trees. Located 1.25 miles down a gravel road, the ranch is a quiet location with an authentic rustic vibe. The reception barn, an original 1970's hay barn, displays a collection of antique gold mirrors, dimming chandeliers, bistro lighting and a built-in stage. The barn includes farm tables and décor. A large prep space with tables, refrigeration/freezer and wash area is available for catering use. Two oversized wood doors welcome guests into the tin barn which has one open side providing views of the rolling hills. Ceremonies take place atop the knoll behind the reception barn by a large rock or in front of the historic wood barn, built in 1871. The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

Julia Morgan was a world renowned female architect who designed more than 700 buildings in California. She was the first woman admitted entrance to Beaux-Arts De Paris, the most prestigious architectural school in the world at the time and in 1904, Morgan became the first woman to obtain her architect license in California. In 1922 she did an extensive remodel of property, while concurrently working on Hearst Castle. This included adding the Conservatory, the present day Sky Suite, the Fireplace mantel in the Ballroom, and more. To preserve her legacy and beautiful additions, the Lewis' honored all of Morgan's original designs since restoring the home from 2016-2019.

Bella Rosa is a gorgeous wedding venue located at Garré Vineyard & Winery in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country. Both the venue and winery are the owner's grandmother, "Nonna" Rosa Garré's, name's sake. The English Garden style ceremony space is set on a lawn with a stage for the bridal party. The Club at Castlewood resides on the former estate of California's most beloved hostess, Phoebe Apperson Hearst. Her mansion, La Hacienda del Pozo de Verona was built in the 1890's, The mansion was designed by renowned architect Julia Morgan, the architect for the Hearst Castle at San Simeon. After her death in 1919, her son, William Randolph Hearst, maintained the property. In 1924, he sold it to a group of businessmen who turned it into a Country Club. Two Golf Courses were added, one on the hillside in 1926, and one in the valley in 1948. The Oakland Scottish Rite Center was completed in 1927, with over a thousand craftsmen working on the project. The construction cost was approximately $1.5 million. This was a sizeable sum at the time equivalent to about $22 million today. From ground breaking to completion the edifice was erected in just two years. This is the second temple in Oakland built from the ground up by the Scottish Rite Masonic fraternity since 1883, when it was first chartered in Oakland.
