We are all-inclusive and aren't about nickle and dime'ing couples with rentals of things. If you want it and we have it, you can use it. We have an ever-growing decor and festival option inventory that couples get to shop from as they plan their day. Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

Our first vendor we hired and it was love at first sight, online and after our first tour! Elm Pass is an outdoor ceremony venue with 3 large tipi’s for the reception owned and operated by Alex and Mike and their little man, Theo. Here, it’s a Wedfest, not a wedding because they cater to all kinds of love. You have nearly all the freedom to DIY your wedfest, use their décor, and/or a combo of both. Alex was our coordinator for the day of and she was ON TOP OF IT!!!! Funny story, I made it through most of the wedfest having forgotten to remove the tag from my dress (which was hidden and underneath). When I noticed I asked Alex if she could remove it and she immediately popped out a small pair of scissors from her apron pockets and snipped it right off; ALWAYS READY. She helped us perfect the details and feel confident in our requests. From getting ready in the cottage, first looks with dad, the golf cart ride down to the aisle, the ridge hike after I-do’s, to the dancing, photo camper, nerf paint station, jeep photos, and bubble send off, this place is the absolute perfect venue for the best day of your life. I can’t go through every bit of perfection that Alex, Mike, and this venue hold because we’d be here all week. Major attraction for us was the short ridge hike to some stellar views…. Elm Pass Woods is HIGHLY recommended.

I got married here in the fall of 2020 and the venue exceeded my expectations. The overall experience could not have been better. From setting up to tear down, everything ran so smoothly with no added stress to me. The beauty of this venue made decorating such a breeze as not much was needed. Cannot recommend this Venue enough.

Although we are proud to be one of the most beautiful intimate wedding venues in the Austin area, we pride ourselves more on the support and services we offer our couples. The true difference of Red Ridge is not seen, it is felt, from the time we take our couples on their first stroll through the grounds, to their last kiss lit by enchanting sparklers. From our passionate and experienced wedding planning staff, to every day-of service included in our wedding packages, no detail will go unattended.

The second we drove up - we were sold. It was (and still is!) the most well-cared for venue that we had seen. We love the intimacy of it and how perfect the layout is. Having a day of coordinator and the all-inclusive options were incredibly important to us as we did not want to work on our wedding day, nor did we want our family to have to do anything. After meeting Chris, we knew our wedding would be in good hands. He is so personable, passionate about providing an excellent experience, and always strives for perfection – definitely all things you want in someone in charge of your wedding! Both Chris and Bethany were incredible email communicators and oh so patient with all of my questions. They are constantly working to improve and made several updates over the time we waited for our wedding date to come. We loved all the updates they made to the venue – including the beautiful brand-new bridal suite. We received access to a planning portal that contained very detailed planning forms which we worked on little by little. This was incredibly helpful in organizing all of the details and the itinerary for the day. We ended up choosing one of their preferred caterers (Excellent BBQ was incredible!). Chris and Bethany made sure to connect with all of our vendors the week prior to the wedding to confirm that they would all be there. We were a little nervous about not booking our own DJ, but the DJ (Chris!) the night of was fantastic and knew exactly how to mix our preferred songs and how to alternate between Spanish and English so that our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. We loved how the speakers were located throughout the entire venue, so guests were able to hear music in every area. We did not have to worry about microphones or speakers for the ceremony as this was included as well with their sound system. The outside bar was a hit, as was the photobooth. Also absolutely LOVED that they had linens/tableware/china available for rent and we could use their supply of in-house decorations. Highly recommend upgrading to have them set up your decorations so that all you have to worry about is getting ready. Also recommend having Spec’s in Bastrop deliver the alcohol/mixers/ice so you don’t have to worry about bringing it. While I was taking my time enjoying getting ready, my fiancé was in his groom’s suite watching an Austin FC soccer game with family and friends. We really were able to just enjoy the day, worry-free. We all love to party, so we weren’t sure how we’d do with a 6pm-11pm wedding time. But honestly it was the absolute perfect amount of time. Family and friends were there till the end to watch us head out with our sparkler send off. We ended up loving the Smithville location and have really enjoyed getting to know such a pretty town and nearby Bastrop. Everyone has commented on how smoothly the wedding ran and how incredibly well organized everything was. We are so grateful for all the hard-working staff that made it possible. Chris, Bethany, Yeslin, Mikayla, Cece, Anna, Alyson, and Cody – thank you for making our wedding dreams reality! We loved the experience so much, we are trying to figure out how we can throw another celebration at Red Ridge (maybe our 5-year anniversary party!). We are also hoping some of our family and friends get married here so we can return as guests. ; ) Can’t say it enough – book Red Ridge Receptions if you want a beautiful, perfect, intimate, and unforgettable wedding!

Britney and her fellow coordinator(s) and staff took care of everything, making sure we were able to focus on us, our guests and having the best time. Cedar Bend is a beautiful outdoor venue. There are dozens of great little spots to take amazing photos and capture some really beautiful moments.. They take a lot of pride in the grounds and the facility, so it looks beautiful and well kept. Paniolo Ranch is a BEAUTIFUL location for a perfect hill country wedding! My husband and I got married at Paniolo Ranch in October 2023 and it was PERFECT! The venue has a beautiful location for stunning hill country views for the ceremony. A nice open area for an outdoor cocktail hour. A very spacious reception area that held 100 guests and a open dance floor! Paniolo Ranch also offered us a spacial and lovely bridal suite and grooms suite. Not only was the venue perfect but what truly made it AMAZING was Hunter! We booked our venue in January of 2022. Between Jan 2022 to the day before our wedding in Oct 2023 Hunter was VERY communicative! It made our experience PERFECT! He also let us view the venue whenever we needed to! Which helps when trying to figure out decor, etc. I wish I could leave 100 stars for Paniolo Ranch! We loved it here! It made our wedding day PERFECT!

We had to cancel our original wedding plans because of COVID and county restrictions at the time. When we decided we wanted to go ahead and get married with only 40 days to plan, we knew the perfect place to go. Camp Lucy has 41 hotel rooms, multiple venues to choose from, on-site activities that entertained our families, venues for our on-site rehearsal dinner, and on-site food and beverage. We had very little for us to worry about other than invitations, a dress, and telling Camp Lucy and our planner what we wanted for our special day. We ended up having a small guest count and it could not have been better. We organized activities for the guys during the day and the girls hung out all day in Lucy Cottage doing hair and make-up all day. Our families got to hang out at the pool, eat at Tillie's, and hike the 300 acre property. The best part was walking to our rooms after the wedding and not having to worry about travel. It felt like a wedding and family reunion all in one. If you want a place that does it all and has it all - you are going to want to get married at Camp Lucy.
