Elm Pass Woods was founded by Mike & Alex Haws (and 3 doggos), who actually got married here to kick off the launch of the business. We are all-inclusive and aren't about nickle and dime'ing couples with rentals of things. If you want it and we have it, you can use it. We have an ever-growing decor and festival option inventory that couples get to shop from as they plan their day. Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

Our first vendor we hired and it was love at first sight, online and after our first tour! Elm Pass is an outdoor ceremony venue with 3 large tipi’s for the reception owned and operated by Alex and Mike and their little man, Theo. Here, it’s a Wedfest, not a wedding because they cater to all kinds of love. You have nearly all the freedom to DIY your wedfest, use their décor, and/or a combo of both. Alex was our coordinator for the day of and she was ON TOP OF IT!!!! Funny story, I made it through most of the wedfest having forgotten to remove the tag from my dress (which was hidden and underneath). When I noticed I asked Alex if she could remove it and she immediately popped out a small pair of scissors from her apron pockets and snipped it right off; ALWAYS READY. She helped us perfect the details and feel confident in our requests. From getting ready in the cottage, first looks with dad, the golf cart ride down to the aisle, the ridge hike after I-do’s, to the dancing, photo camper, nerf paint station, jeep photos, and bubble send off, this place is the absolute perfect venue for the best day of your life. I can’t go through every bit of perfection that Alex, Mike, and this venue hold because we’d be here all week. Major attraction for us was the short ridge hike to some stellar views…. Elm Pass Woods is HIGHLY recommended.

Love, love, loved it. Large open space beautifully designed and decorated. Outdoor space and plenty of parking. We opted for the suites for getting ready, which was perfect! The kitchen, oh my. A catering dream. Everything was just so nice and perfect. I highly recommend and can say it's a must see because pictures do not do it justice!

If you are looking for the perfect venue to give you the Hill Country experience, this is it! They have everything you want for a beautiful wedding. The groom's suite is big and spacious which is rare to find at other venues. They have an excellent option for lodging with a super cool tree house and many more beds to make your wedding experience even better. The people who own this place, Jennifer and her husband are super sweet and will ensure you are taken care of from the moment you reach out til after your wedding. I've been there as a photographer and love the scenery for wedding photos there are so many beautiful setups for you to get amazing photos. I highly recommend Willow Sky Ranch

If you are looking for an outdoor venue in the Hill Country, The Wildflower Barn is hands down the most gorgeous place to have an event. Their team is absolutely wonderful, easy to communicate with, & so helpful; they answered all my questions! We took advantage of the items they rent for venues; tables, chairs, archway, etc. We also paid for their Walk-Away package, what a deal to have extra people to help with clean up towards the end of the event! It was an absolutely amazing experience! We hope we have to host another event in the future just so we can use their venue again!

This was everything we wanted and more. We wanted an outdoor Texas venue without feeling like a barnyard or too rustic. Camino Real was just that. It had a “palm springs” feel… a little country, a little desert. You almost expected to see brown mountains in the background. There’s so many unique areas of the venue to be used and we used ALL of it. Great rain plan, great get ready suite, and a place I was proud to celebrate with my guest.

From the moment we set foot on the serene grounds of The Hillside at Red Rock, we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. Nestled in the breathtaking rolling hill country, this hidden gem boasts a charming barn door outdoor venue that served as the perfect backdrop for our dream outdoor wedding. We were so lucky to find a venue that could have easily accommodated a last minute indoor ceremony if weather turned. Fortunately for us it was a bright and sunny day. We were so pleased with the reception hall located just inside the outdoor ceremony site. Having the ceremony, reception and accommodations all on the property was the biggest selling point for us. My husband and I and our closest friends and families stayed in the luxurious woodsy cabins for ease of access to the wedding weekend. The impeccable organization and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our celebration was flawlessly executed, leaving us free to savor every moment with our loved ones. Clayton, the owner, assisted us with planning and bringing our vision to life. He was always available via text , email and phone and was a constant source of support throughout the months leading up to our wedding. He stopped at nothing to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted, down to managing things behind the scenes day of. The onsite cabins provided a cozy and comfortable retreat for our families, allowing us to extend the joy of our wedding day into a weekend long celebration. The gorgeous surroundings combined with a camp fire corral set in front of our cabins, provided a really fun close to each night we were there. We cannot recommend The Hillside at Red Rock enough to couples and families seeking a magical wedding venue surrounded by the beauty of the Texas hill country.
