HI! I am Anastasia (she/her), your Northern California elopement and wedding photographer and so much more. My passion for photography began when I was a child. It started as a hobby when I fell in love with photographing families and babies. Over the years I realized I adore documenting couples, in all stages of their relationships. I know they say we should specialize in one type of photography, but I am not sure I can ever do that. I love to create and I get bored with only doing one thing.

Working with Anastasia was such a dream! She was extremely helpful in all of her suggestions and helped guide me throughout my elopement planning process! I knew I loved her work, and I can say that her professionalism and openness to create the perfect shot is outstanding! I would highly encourage any one (couples, families, and even solo portraits) to contact her for your treasured moments to be captured! She went above and beyond helping me and we love her work and her! :)

Hi, I'm Veronica, a wedding and adventure elopement photographer who's lucky enough to have documented important moments like your wedding day for the past three years. Before going full-time into this business last year, I was in a totally different field for my day job! I have a BS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT and worked as a systems engineer at Boeing until I quit to put all my time and energy into my true passion - this biz! I love using my creative and technical skills to pause the perfect moments to capture all the emotions, warmth, color, and movement that will bring back that memory in the years to come!

Veronica was our wedding photographer, and we just loved working with her! She's an absolute delight and her photos are amazing. During our engagement shoot, she was incredibly personable and had a great way of making us do these silly dynamic poses that ultimately got us laughing at ourselves. This came out as spontaneous joy-filled candids that just so purely capture how we want to remember these moments. In terms of the actual photography, she comes from an aerospace engineering background, so she has a very technical approach to her work in addition to being overall great to work with. On our actual wedding day, it felt like she blended in as part of the wedding party - she was fun to hang out with and also helped with various odds and ends while getting ready! Everything felt seamless and professional, but also felt like having an extra friend! Highly recommend Veronica - she is such a gem and we are in love with her photography.

After 10 years and over 200 weddings, I know how to fold into a large group of people, how to be there and make it feel like I'm not. I've been documenting weddings for nearly a decade and I love it even more now than when I started. My work is candid, emotional, and comfortable. I love to infuse editorial and documentary moments into my galleries, but mostly I just love to be able to photograph moments as they unfold.

Melissa was really fun to work with. Claudia was nervous and Melissa helped her feel more at ease. Claudia and I love all the photos she took, the ones she posed us and the ones we improvised.

As a photographer of life, love and beauty, Tara Arrowood does what she loves every day. She captures beauty in all things- people, animals, and spaces. Her main goal? It’s simply to make people happy. She uses her lens to show inner beauty, authentic emotions, and life’s precious/fleeting moments. Making people happy means giving them a different perspective, a different angle from which to see their most cherished moments in life. Tara offers photography and cinematography services for any sized wedding. Tell her your plans and she’ll create a schedule that includes everything to tell your story!

Awarded Best of Zola
Tara was amazing from beginning to end. We absolutely loved her photography style when we first came across her as a preferred vendor of our wedding venue (Beltane Ranch), but knew that we also needed to love HER if we were to spend the majority of our special day with her by our side. Luckily, from the moment we had our first chat with Tara, we knew she'd be perfect for us. Our engagement photo shoot at the Sutro Baths in San Francisco was the perfect way to get to know Tara's style and she helped us bring our vision to life in the shoot. Once we got to the wedding day, we completely trusted Tara to nail it - and, boy, did she deliver! She was SO efficient and organized. It was certainly a huge benefit that she knew our venue, but I am certain she would have been just as impressive in any environment. One of the best aspects of hiring Tara, ultimately, is her art. Her photography is truly a work of art. She has an incredible eye and managed to make two very awkward gals (my wife and I) feel incredibly comfortable behind the camera. We are just enamored with the photos she took and will cherish them for a lifetime. The cherry on top of all of it was that she turned around our photos within 1 week of the wedding! We received the digital album during our honeymoon and it was so fun to reminisce while still celebrating. Thank you for everything, Tara!

I'm not a regular photographer, I'm a cool photographer. Telling stories all up and down the coast of California. This girl (me), is a bomb mom of two trying to teach them to do what they love. As for me, that's telling your story. I've always loved the thought of traveling, observing and telling others stories. That's where you come to play. What's your story? Are you marrying your high school sweetheart? Are you traveling to your favorite place in the world to express your love? Is it just going to be you two? Do you both have a big family? Let me know. I'm here for it!

Awarded Best of Zola
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lani for our images and our experience was absolutely phenomenal. From the first email, to the delivery of our images we have loved how much time and dedication she puts into making sure we are taken care of. Not only does she pour her heart into creating stunning images but she also has executed our vision with so much thought, love, and intention. We are so happy we found Lani and would recommend her 100 times over.

For some unknown reason I have loved weddings since I was a kid. That’s the first thing. But then… I got married. And that is indescribable. So… if you happen to be here because you have met someone special, and you are making moves, CONGRATULATIONS! You really are in for the ride of a lifetime. So… my first photos? Yup. They were from a wedding! Unfortunately they took the human knee as their subject because I was short, because I was five years old. One auspicious day I brought a camera to a friends’ wedding. I partied. I had a fabulous time. Afterwards they told me I should have said something, my photos were better than the hired pro.

We hired Paul for our San Francisco wedding and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. In addition to beautifully (and creatively) capturing the energy and excitement of the day, Paul was also an absolutely pleasure to work with at ever step of the way. Our wedding was in San Francisco this past August and had approximately 65 people in attendance. To say that we had high expectations for our wedding photographer was an understatement: we wanted someone who would be able to capture the dynamic energy and emotion of our big day in a natural, joyful way. I am happy to say that Paul exceeded all of our expectations and then some. We initially reached out to Paul in February through his website and we scheduled an introductory phone call. At that time I was chatting with a few different photographers in the Bay Area but was impressed at Paul's thoughtful questions regarding our vision of big day as well as the logistical considerations (venue locations, lighting , size, etc). From our first meeting at his lovely home, Paul was kind, thoughtful, considerate which made us feel like we were in good hands and helped put us at ease during the craziness of the planning. He asked us to consider which moments would be most important to our wedding and helped us think through the logistics of the day. Paul was also helpful in planning some of the big day itself: we had scheduled a city tour with our guests to occur between the ceremony and reception but were unsure where to go in the city. He recommended locations that would be both enjoyable for our guests and would make good backdrops for photos. In addition to the city tour, the day itself had a lot of moving parts which could have been really challenging to photograph (indoor ceremony in City Hall, outdoor brass band parade in full sunlight, indoor reception with low lighting in small antique store). Paul and his second shooter were well prepared and able to shot gorgeous photos in every location. Paul was also very mindful of which moments would be most meaningful to us. For example, we had mentioned that we specifically wanted lots of dancing photos from the reception and so Paul made sure a remote flash lighting system was set up in the reception venue which made for some fantastic dance floor shots. We had also said that we wanted to make sure we had a lot of candid photos of our friends of family and so Paul made sure to mingle among our guests, putting them at ease and getting natural, candid photos of our loved ones. After the wedding, Paul was able to send us our sneak peaks only after 24 hours (!) and the full gallery a short time after that. At this point, I was already very impressed but what happened after that really blew me away: Paul emailed me a few weeks after the wedding to me to ask if he could photograph some details from the wedding that he wasn't able to get on the big day (handkerchiefs from the brass band parade, wedding invitations, etc). He told me that he felt that those details were important in telling the story of our wedding and he wanted to make sure they were captured. I realize that it would've been easy for Paul to simply send the photos he already had but the fact that he found it was important to capture all the small details really speaks to his thoughtfulness, professionalism and excellence. We can't thank you enough, Paul!

We're a Scottish duo living our best lives in Los Angeles! We appreciate unpopular TV shows, all the vegan food, and a good old road trip. But our most favorite thing is our two fur-kids (bunnies!). We are not typical wedding photographers, that is for certain. We go against the usual grain, and that's exactly how we like it to roll. Normal is boring. Well, for us, at least. Not just for the 'wild at heart' and 'free-spirited'. For e v e r y o n e. And we mean it. We don't discriminate. Ever.

Amazing! I really wish they planned events because I would hire them for everything. Sarah Darren were the kindest, most responsive, helpful, and patient vendors we hired for our wedding. Darren even helped move our ceremony arch! Totally not his job but we really appreciated the help! My husband and I hate taking pictures and we felt so comfortable on our wedding day. We really didn’t want cheesy traditional wedding photography so when we stumbled upon their instagram page we knew we had to hire them. Major plus that they love Harry Potter, Stranger Things, and spooky stuff! They’re the coolest humans. Hire them. You won’t regret it.

Hi, nice to meet you! I'm Sarah from Sarah Luther Photography. I specialize in weddings, family portraits and event photography. I started Sarah Luther Photography out of a passion for capturing love and emotion through photography. Growing up, my mom would always take tons of family pictures. I was given a camera as a gift when I was 10 years old and haven't been without one since. :)

Sarah and her husband Ori photographed our wedding in July and we couldn't be happier with our photos. They make a great team, professional and easy to work with. Amazing photographers who love what they do and its evident in their photos. We wanted more candid, natural pictures opposed to posed ones. They got so many unexpected moments and memorable shots. From getting ready, to the ceremony, to dancing at the receptions and everything in-between. All without even knowing that they were there taking pictures. We were so happy that we chose Sarah as our photographer and you will too!!! Thank You Sarah and Ori for photographing our wedding!!! Eydie & Rick

Lights, camera, candid! We're not in the business of creating over-edited Hollywood blockbusters and photos. Nope, we're all about capturing the essence of your special day with a refreshingly authentic touch. We bring the realness, the candid moments, and the relaxed vibes that make your wedding video and photo a true masterpiece. So, if you're ready to ditch the drama and embrace the beauty of simplicity, we're the dream team you've been searching for!

Elopements are an incredible way to fuse together everything you love about doing life with your person and celebrate your relationship in a genuine, meaningful way. They allow you to put your marriage first. To release any pressure or judgment and just be you, together. Not only are you committing your life to someone you love more than anything, but you’re starting the adventure of a lifetime with an adventure of a lifetime. And because I’ll be there to help you craft the whole thing, and document it as it unfolds, you can relive your best day ever; over and over, forever.

I shot my first elopement wedding film with Jayne and she was such a joy to work with! Not only was she helpful in making sure I could get the shots I need, but she definitely had a rapport with the couple that really put them at ease. The other thing that really stood out was how thoughtful and detailed she was. She had done so much scouting, research, and leg work that the day just flowed really well and everything was just easy! Would highly recommend working with Jayne!

Hi! My names Marissa, and I have one of the coolest jobs around - hanging out with people on their wedding day! I love iced coffee and Jamie Fraser and spend my spare time reading or hanging out with my horse!

We had the best experience working with Marissa for our wedding! For one, she has an amazing personality - she is fun and lighthearted, so easygoing, AND also very responsible and on top of things (which I so appreciate)! For two, we had the unfortunate timing with COVID of having to postpone our wedding and our engagement shoot, and she made it super easy. She helped me many times in the planning process, from walking through the timeline, to picking out my bridesmaid dress color. Day of, she contributed so well to the fun vibe of the day, kept us on time and therefore not stressing out, and captured some AMAZING photos of us! She also captured so many awesome candids during our day, that looking back you can really see and remember how people felt, what the vibe of the day was, and the funny things that happened too (like when my friend spilled white wine on my dress and Marissa came to the rescue with napkins;)) Thank you so much Marissa!

I'm a photographer who specializes in 35mm and medium format film photography. I also offer digital photography and am typically shooting both on a wedding day. My inspiration comes from organic moments, perfectly imperfect details, finding beauty in simplicity, and natural, modern and creative environments. I find that I thrive most when I get to work with couples who are so involved in the moment, they don’t care much about a wrinkle in their dress or a misplaced hair.

Once we got Marci on board, I felt immediately at ease about the wedding. I knew that, no matter what happened, no matter what details about the day wouldn't go perfectly, we would have great photos and the end of it all. She offered so much of herself before the actual date to check in with us and make sure we could talk about anything we wanted on the day. I love how everything she does feels intimate, natural, and captures the 2 people just as they are. I highly recommend booking Mars Takes Photos for your special day.

Kathryn, a Modesto native, began her career as a teacher with Teach for America in the San Francisco Bay Area, and after years in the classroom was driven to nonprofit work. Her photography business was born out of the desire to continue that work while also being financially independent. Kathryn is incredibly thankful for that winding path, and for all the wonderful couples who have allowed this dream to become a thriving business. Kathryn absolutely loves getting to capture special moments all over California and beyond, and strives to create clean, classic images and build meaningful connections with couples. Y también, ella habla español.

Kathryn is wonderful! We did our engagement photos with her as well as our wedding photos. She was so easy to work with, never once added to the stress of such an important day and gave us hundreds of beautiful photos. Four years into our marriage and I still have our album bookmarked on my browsers to flip through often. I highly recommend Kathryn for all your photo needs and hope to work with her for every special event in our future. She was flexible, intuitive and never once felt intrusive during our ceremony but managed to capture so many perfect shots.

Hi. It’s Michelle. And I’m a photographer who lets you relive every moment of your wedding. You cried coming down the aisle? Perfect! The best man forgot the rings? Hilarious! Three-hour portrait sessions? No way! Couples (and moms) ask me all the time…“How did you get that shot? I didn’t even see you!” That’s my style… unobtrusive, authentic, exceptional. I truly love what I do and it shows in emotional, meaningful photography. So, give me a ring. I can't wait to hear all about your big day!

We absolutely loved working with Michelle for our wedding. Michelle is so fun and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera from day one! She helped turn our “Covid/backyard” wedding into the most amazing and special day. She captures the most incredible moments and has an unbelievable eye for detail. Our day would not have been the same without her. Her love of “love” is contagious and everyone around her can feel it. Michelle is the absolute best. We cannot recommend her enough. She is so easy to work with and truly makes the wedding planning experience fun and memorable.

I am a Connecticut-based, destination wedding photographer. The narrator of your love story. A photographer who takes photos that capture your heart and emulate your feeling of home. Photographing love fuels my soul. Documenting the beautiful, gratitude-filled, raw, happy, intimate moments. You bring the silliness, comfort, and confidence that your love together holds, and I’ll be the hype girl & third wheel you never knew you needed.

Haley second shot a wedding for me this month and she was an absolute dream come true: communicative, upbeat, and excited to be there. She stayed on top of the schedule, kept in detailed touch with me leading up to the day, and was very good at checking in with me consistently while we were shooting together. Her kind and upbeat energy was exactly what I was looking for in a collaborator, and her work is beyond gorgeous to boot. I am so grateful to have her on my team, and can't wait for so many more adventures together!

Nice to meet you, I am Sharyce. You are here which means you already know I like to take pictures. But WHY I take pictures is a different story. For nearly a decade I called myself a photographer because I picked up my camera occasionally and made some extra cash here and there. A version of myself now likes to look back and cringe at the photographer from a decade ago. However she (me) set the foundation for my career path today. When I became a mother I found that pictures had much more meaning behind them. Yes, I am going to go into the stereotypical photographers speil about “visual storytelling”.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. Sharyce has a knack for capturing those split second moments that you'll cherish for a lifetime. My name is Brittani and photography is my ARTlet. Inspired by the constant flow of love and energy of the world, I photograph people who value authenticity and connection. I reside in San Jose, but with the heart of the adventurer, I'm always ready to grab my backpack and go.

Brittani was recommended to us by our planner, Dumi Gordon — and I’m so glad we went with her. From start to finish, Brittani was a consummate processional. She’s communicative, empathetic, and very talented. On the day of she was calm, upbeat, and efficient. Everyone loved working with her, from our wedding party to family and guests. Brittani is especially good at making her subjects look and feel natural- not always an easy feat at a wedding! Her 2nd photographer, Lahni, was also great! We’ve already seen our sneak photos (Brittani sent them ahead of schedule) and they are gorgeous! Can’t wait to see the rest (I know they will be surpass our already high expectations).

As you can tell, sometimes choosing your photographer can be an overwhelming process. There are so many things to consider when narrowing it down to your perfect match. Of course, style and price are the main two, however, some couples forget that your photographer is the one person who is with you the most on your wedding or event day. That is why we offer complementary sessions to all our couples so we get to work together and create a bond. Instead of just being "the photographer" at your event, our goal is to capture beautiful images from your day and leave you with an experience that enhances your memories.

In this crazy and beautiful life, I'm caught by the moments. I'm a photojournalist and I mainly photograph weddings and families. You're probably drawn to my work because of real stories and moments. You will not hear me asking you to "pretend" to put on earrings, shoes or a fake smile or telling you what you "should" do and where to look. (Well, except for portrait/group photos...) Your photos will not only tell your own unique story but will take you back to those genuine moments and emotions you felt. Seriously, wouldn't that be the absolute BEST way to re-live your life?

Photography, to me, is more than a mere snapshot; it's a portal that transports us back to the emotions, the laughter, and the whispered secrets of a moment. Over the years, I've come to realize that it's not just about capturing images; it's about encapsulating the very essence of those instances that define us. Each time I press the shutter, I'm not just freezing time; I'm preserving the soul of that moment, ready to be revisited whenever the heart desires.

People describe me as being sweet and my work as having a delicate, elegant, feminine, and refined quality to it. I believe in authentic romance and real love. My favorite weddings are outdoors, featuring sweeping coastal backdrops, soaring redwoods, rolling hills, or gorgeous vineyards mixed with tastefully stylish decor - and always with a lot of love.

I've never been much for tradition, so you can imagine weddings were never really my "thing" when I first picked up a camera. Luckily, I found that the wedding industry has been evolving away from the old cookie-cutter format and that is what keeps me doing what I do. My favorite weddings are the ones where you & your partner's personalities show throughout the day rather than getting lost in all the things you "have" to do. I love being part of a day filled with so much love & excitement and what I aim to do is find you in all of it. Because weddings aren't about fitting into a mold anymore - they're about you getting to celebrate your love.

Hi. I’m Josh. Our work is based in Washington, DC and we’re happy to travel. The best photographs are simple, unobtrusive, and spontaneous. We’ve always sought to remember things exactly how they happened - how we felt. This is how authentic photography captivates us. The goal is to photograph your day as it unfolds naturally. Take a few moments to go through some words from past clients describing their experience with us. You’ll also find us on Google.

Josh did an incredible job shooting my last-minute impromptu elopement in Annapolis! While it ended up raining during our shoot, we had a blast running up and down the streets of Annapolis taking unique shots! Josh’s positive energy is absolutely contagious. My husband and I hate being in front of the camera but Josh made our time so much fun!! We laughed the entire time! He said that rain shots end up with some of the most interesting photos, and he wasn’t wrong! He incorporated the rain and our umbrella in an absolutely brilliant way. He got absolutely drenched working meticulously and efficiently to find the perfect backdrops for us all around the city. We are absolutely thrilled with how they came out!!! The pictures are stunning! He makes every moment memorable! I’ve worked with Josh previously and I look forward to working with Josh again on all our big milestone events!!

First and foremost, congratulations! This is an exciting time! Before I begin with all the details, I would like to do away with the formalities and keep it light. Technically speaking, I’m a photographer, but honestly, since establishing my business in 2014, I would consider myself a teammate through this process. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know couples, their families, their stories, and at the end of the day, becoming a good friend. If this vibes with you, we are off to a good start :) Answering questions, transparency in communication, and prompt responses are important to me and I hope that everything I share resonates.

Justin was absolutely incredible!! He was able to impeccably capture the beauty and joy of the day. A lot of photographers we considered had beautiful photos, but the reason we went with Justin was because you could feel the joy come through the photos and it paid off! Justin sent us the high quality, well edited photos faster than I have ever heard any wedding photographer get pictures to the bride and groom and he made it very easy for us to share those pictures with family and friends. Not only did Justin deliver beautiful photos that captured the mood of the day, but he went above and beyond his photographer duties. When all of the bridal party was racing around with wet fingernails, Justin stepped in to help button the many buttons on my dress. When we were running late to get to the ceremony, Justin called the front desk at the venue to make sure our ride was waiting for us to get to the ceremony ASAP. I cannot recommend Justin enough!!!

My wedding day was exactly how I imagined it to be! Arie was on it the whole time, and I honestly didn’t even notice! She caught some great shots without being “in the way”. I worked with her for about a year, and she was ALWAYS available for questions anytime! We did a couple of zoom calls as well during the process. I felt so comfortable with her the entire day and as I said, she got so many shots I had no idea she was even there for! She was everything I wanted and more! She fit right in with my family as well! I highly recommend Arie for your wedding, if you are in the Midwest! I feel like we walked away as friends, and the pictures are stunning!

Hi I'm Carmelisse. I'm an intimate wedding & elopement photographer based in Los Angeles. I have a gift for making people comfortable and seeing the beauty in all diverse people. I want nothing more than to tell your love story right.

Awarded Best of Zola
PSA: Attention all future lovers, hire Carmelisse to capture your best day ever! I have been a huge fan of Carmelisse for years and have followed her in hopes and dreams to have her as our photographer for our wedding, which *fast forward* came true! To showcase her sweet demeanor, she sent us a survey to get to know us as partners and understand our vision. For our engagement shoot, she made us feel comfortable as she played music, helped us pose, and prompted us to flirt with one another to get a great shot. At the end of the night, as it was reaching golden hour in the mountains, Carmelisse brought us a bottle of champagne to toast to our love and photographed us slow dancing as the sun was setting, a core memory that we will never forget. Carmelisse exemplifies herself as an unofficial bridesmaid and I can attest to that! Personally, I did not have a wedding planner since the venue came with a day of coordinator. Leading up to the big day, I confided to Carmelisse about the order of events and details. Similar to the engagement shoot survey, she was intentional and sent us another survey to understand our wants for the wedding day. Until this day, my husband and I credit Carmelisse and her teammate, John, for keeping our timeline in order because without their professionalism we would’ve been lost. Throughout the day, Carmelisse and John kept us calm and collected with all the emotions of the day. In addition, Carmelisse handled our photo booth, which was excellent quality and our family loved the fact they could do gifs and save the photos directly on their phones. All in all, they were our hype people, our comfort, and helped us live in the moment and enjoy the best day. Carmelisse is our number-one recommendation for any occasion! She is literally an angel and a true artist in her craft. Thank you so much, Carmelisse! I will keep on preaching your brand until the end of time.

She knows exactly what she would like to capture and is great at communicating with not only the bride and groom but also me to make sure she is not interfering with my work. I would highly recommend using her for your wedding!

My partner hates taking pictures. He agreed to take photos at our wedding, but we both agreed we wanted them to be natural and mostly candid. We had been part of wedding parties before where the photos took over the WHOLE day. It felt staged and we feared that. With Ashley, it was completely different. She worked with us to accommodate our needs, and even commuted to north Denton for our day. She seemed to understand our 'vibe' right away, and that we weren't doing a conventional wedding. Logan and Ashley were wonderful, on time, natural, and warm. They seemed to fit right in with the day and calmed some nerves for us. We actually had a great time taking pictures with them, and that is a first for us. It felt like us, and that is priceless. To say the least, we highly recommend Brownie Photo and Production. They were professional, prompt, witty, talented, and FUN

Gabbie Burseth Photo

Santa Monica, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $6,000
  • Serves San Lorenzo, CA for additional fees

My name is Gabbie, and I'm a wedding photographer for the couples who seek a non-traditional approach to their big day. I'm a sucker for a candid moment, intimate ceremonies, and black-and-white images from the 1980s. My work is photojournalistic — I approach weddings through a documentary lens, telling the truth with beautiful and timeless imagery.

Awarded Best of Zola
For our wedding experience, my husband and I were looking for a photographer that specialized in candids— someone who was focused on capturing natural moments versus the formal, posed ones. Gabbie delivered. She photographed our at-home engagement session, our typhoon-ridden wedding day, and threw in a post-wedding session for free due to circumstances out of our control on the wedding day. Our venue was not prepared for the day to be rained out, so there was minor chaos that I learned of after the fact. Gabbie and her second shooter never let on to any mishaps or miscommunications on the venue’s behalf and fought through the absolute freezing rain with us all day. We deeply cherish all of the photos she took… from us dancing together in the kitchen of our first home, to us bundled up under an umbrella, kissing in the rain after the ceremony, to priceless images of our friends and family breaking it down on the dance floor at the reception, and to the bridal portraits she took of us months after the wedding when she wasn’t satisfied with what we were able to get on the actual wedding day. We have nothing but great things to say about Gabbie and would highly recommend!

Like most children in the late 90's and early 00's, I grew up with a camera in my hand. I went through polaroids, video cameras, disposable cameras, waterproof cameras, and film cameras; all the cameras! I was so fascinated by photography and the ability to preserve moments. I'm an ENFP, 7w6, and extroverted-introvert who is not only thrilled but humbled to be a witness and historian to the significant moments in your life we are able to share together!

Lindsey was fantastic to work with! She did our engagement photos as well as our wedding day. She is creative, talented, and her organization puts her at such a high level of professionalism. She followed through on all our wishes and captured our special day perfectly. Highly recommended!

My name is Laura and I am bilingual (English/Spanish). I moved to Arizona in the beginning of 2022 from New Jersey. It has been bittersweet to redefine myself in a new state. One thing I absolutely refused to leave behind is my love for photography. I moved here with my husband for a change of speed. It has been such a beautiful change! Just like you, I too am in love with the views Arizona has to offer. I am a nontraditional wedding photographer, I am there for all the feels that come with your big day. The tears, the smiles, the laughs, the dancing... Moody, warm and candid photography. Photos to make you relive the moments later

From the beginning Laura was great. She was very well at communicating with us and planning our day. When the wedding day came, she was great at making us feel comfortable and was great at staying on schedule. The final photos came out very beautiful and we couldn't be any more happy with our choice of photographer.

Capturing candid moments and raw emotions is something we specialize in. Our business began in the planning arena in 2008. In 2015 we grew into the photography space. In regards to planning, we have done all sizes of events from meet and greets to weddings. After perfecting photography we learned how to capture special moments on film in 2017. We have planned, photographed, and filmed hundreds of events and offer all three services.

Alissa with Sweet Bliss Media was very personable and easy to connect with. On my wedding day, she made me feel like it was her life's mission to make me feel and look beautiful in my photographs. Amidst all the craziness of your wedding day, it felt nice to have someone by your side to bring out the beauty. Who is not just there as a photographer for hire, but a forever friend capturing the special moments. Alissa also did things that she was not asked or contracted to, but just out of the kindness of her heart. She brought me bottled water to ensure that I stayed hydrated and even stayed later than we had originally laid out in the contract to make sure that my send-off was captured! She is a sweetheart and even though the photography was the biggest bill of the wedding budget, it was worth every penny, even my husband agrees. The finished product is absolutely stunning and we can’t wait to use her again for our family photos!! We highly recommend Alissa to all brides looking for a wedding photographer.

You'll probably find me at your local thrift shop with my iced coffee in the dead of winter listening to gospel or rnb music in my ear while shopping for records and broken cameras. When i find spare time i play apex legends or attend creative events. my guilty pleasure is reality tv and crime documentaries.

Awarded Best of Zola
Where do I begin? Justina was simply amazing! Her background in fashion photography & the breathtaking examples of her work on her website were what initially caught my eye, but then her down to earth personality was what sealed the deal — we hit it off from the very first phone call we had. She is extremely organized yet flexible, patient (so SO patient), considerate, very accommodating and quite talented. She went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. At times, it felt like she was even helping me plan the wedding with her advice & experience, ha! During the wedding, it honestly felt like she was one of my wedding guests! Then.. I saw the final product and I simply couldn’t have been happier. Once I (finally) reviewed all of the photos (I made Justina wait way too long for my feedback & she didn’t mind at all!), I asked for some edits (she curates a set of black & white photos along with color photos, so I just wanted the reverse on a few {well, way more than just a few} of them), and she didn’t mind at all. In fact, she even made more edits as she was going through the changes I requested. So.. to recap my gushing review.. #1 highly recommend getting married #2 highly recommend hiring Justina. 10/10

Hullo! So you're gettin' hitched (YaaY!), but you’re not super into the idea of the overly-manicured wedding. A+ for you, because this is not your parents’ wedding photography. I'm a farm kid who floats between the journalism and art worlds. I love telling stories as much as I love listening to the stories of others. I’m the type of person who makes up musicals for my own amusement and nurses a soft spot for sci-fi and fantasy. If I’m not taking photos, I’m usually dancing. Or cooking. It’s possible I may have a baking addiction and try to mitigate the damage by forcing the goods on loved ones.

Cassie is fantastic! She is a true artist and knows how to capture really amazing photographs. We had asked for a few specific photos which came out lovely, and she came prepared with additional ideas for poses that turned out to be some of our favorite photos of all! We had booked her for our engagement photos and wedding, which was really helpful because we met first for the engagement photos and she got a sense of us as a couple ahead of the wedding. Cassie really takes into account the whole personality of your wedding. She was also skilled at taking pictures without overcrowding—she got so many great candids and we don't remember seeing her. These photos are going to be on display for the rest of our life together and we're so happy that we hired Cassie to capture our wedding day. We recommend her wholeheartedly!

Hi, I'm Jaime! I am so glad you've stumbled across my page. A little about me and my values: I love to tell love stories of honest human connection. I care about how I can represent who you are in your truest form. Your moments are meant to be captured and preserved in the most beautiful way possible. I cannot stress how important it is to choose someone you get along with as your photographer. They are literally by your side the entire day to cheer you on, support you, and capture amazing photos for you to cherish. Jaime was an absolute dream to work with for engagement photos, leading up to the wedding, and on the big day. It felt like we had known her for a long time, and I definitely suggest doing engagement photos with her so you can start to create a relationship. We could not ask for a better photographer to have by our side on our big day, and she helped create some fun memories. She’s a quick read, so she understood the dynamic of our relationship so quickly which helped us bond and create great photos. Oh not to mention the photos are AMAZING if her portfolio is the style you’re looking for, I cannot express the feeling you get when it is your own photos. The day flies by so fast and the pictures bring you back to the day. I will 100% be taking more photos with Jaime. I wasn’t expecting a friendship to come out of this when I first chose Jaime to be my photographer, but it did. I can’t wait to come up with more excuses to tell my husband to book shoots with Jaime.

After working 10+ years in corporate America in NYC, California and traveling the globe, I found myself wanting more than what the traditional career path had set for me. I stumbled into photography while I was on maternity leave with my oldest and started a side hustle that I had no idea was going to turn into a complete career change years later. From the very first wedding I shot, I knew I was onto something. And ever since then, I haven't looked back.

Awarded Best of Zola
After my (now) husband and I booked our venue we knew the next vendor that we needed to hire was a photographer. I was a semi crazy bride and I probably interviewed over 10 photographers. We were looking for someone who not only took gorgeous, bright photos but also someone we could personally connect to. As soon as we had our introductory call, we knew Kim was the one! She was so warm and thoughtful during our call - really trying to understand our love story and how we wanted our wedding to be like. I actually cried during our intro call - that's how safe I felt around her. About a couple months after we signed our contract, Kim reached out to schedule our engagement shoot. This is when my husband and I really got to connect with Kim and knew we 1000% made the right choice. Kim was super organized (which we loved) with scheduling the time, picking the location and coordinating the meet up. She made us feel so comfortable and she captured the most stunning photos. She kept us engaged and prompted questions and actions to make sure our engagement photos really captured who we were as a couple and didn't feel posed. She got to learn our goofy personalities and it was a great practice run for our big day. Now for our wedding ... omg I cannot put to words what amazing photos Kim and her team took. We just got our final gallery and it immediately brought us to tears. She was able to capture the perfect balance of posed photos but also candids. Her detail photos made it possible to re-live every moment of the day again. She also made sure we captured all our family portraits (even though they were super large). She truly felt like a best friend who was around during out most special day who just happened to also snap a lot of photos. Our bridal party loved having her around and we were all so comfortable. She made prepping for our wedding day as effortless and stress free as possible. Before our wedding we had calls to walk through our shot list, timelines. She was super engaged and organized - giving all the tips she could to keep us on track. She delivered our sneak peeks SO quickly. We had them a couple days after our wedding to enjoy and cry over them while we were on our honeymoon. She also delivered our final gallery within 2 months! I can't recommend Kim enough- she's not just a super talented photographer but she's also a beautiful soul who has truly become our friend through this whole process. Can't wait to keep re-living our wedding day through her photos!!
