Our violin + guitar duo enjoys playing romantic, classic, popular, and alternative music to set the mood for weddings, elopements, engagements, and any occasion people come together to celebrate!! Performing together since 2013, we both have a passion for music, entertainment, and travel (we've played together in the United States and Europe). Our favorite things are to work alongside our couples to create the perfect personalized soundtrack for their special day, and elevate the experience with a unique and memorable performance on the one-in-a-lifetime day!!

Formed in 2006, the Organic String Quartet is a professional ensemble that has been providing high quality music for live events in Southern California for over 10 years. In addition, Organic String Quartet is a green business that seeks low-impact and eco-friendly alternatives in every business choice and donates a portion of its yearly proceeds to American Forests to help plant new trees around the world. We currently have 1 male vocalist and 2 female vocals. We do have the ability to add instruments and vocals upon client request. All of our musicians are experienced, professional, and seasoned. I’ve sang a broad range of song but now I choose to stick with inspiration & lifting songs that bring hope and bring a smile to my hearers faces. I put my all in to my performance and do everything I can to help make a couple’s happy moment one of the greatest memories they’ll ever have. I have been singing at wedding ceremonies and receptions on and off for the past 7 years. One of the most exciting weddings I’ve sang at was for a friend’s reception in Sweden! When my friends started to get married, the requests to DJ their weddings began pouring in. It made sense, they wanted to party, and I had helped them do it weekend after weekend all over NYC. It only took one wedding for me to realize that they needed a lot more help than what I did in the clubs. These days, I and my team help plan & entertain at all types of events (not just weddings), clients become friends (they don’t start there) and they benefit from our staff’s collective experience and the 10 years in the event industry Stem Productions has been active.

Chris Fossek, Guitarist and Composer, has performed as a soloist and in ensembles in such venues as the Olympic Stadium of Rome, the RedCat Theater at Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, The Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, and the Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara. He is also a Top-Ten Billboard charting recording artist and composer. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Guitar Performance from the California Institute of the Arts, where he was greatly inspired by his mentor, world-renowned guitarist, improvisor, and composer, Miroslav Tadić.

Bassist and bandleader Josh Levine got his start in the professional music business busking in SoHo with The Flying Neutrinos in ’93, so when NYC shut down in Spring of 2020, he capitalized on his experience as a street performer and began to play regularly in the parks of NYC with percussionist and sonero, Jainardo Batista, renowned flutist Itai Kriss making his debut on Cuban trés guitar, and María Raquel on vocals and minor percussion. Before long, the quartet had generated some buzz, several venues hired them to play outdoors and pianist Gabriel Chakarji and Grammy winning flutist and vocalist Jeremy Bosch became staples of the group.

While DJing at private parties and events since 2005, Jay created Seattle DJ Pro. Jay has the mastery & knowledge of weddings and events to materialize a unique benchmark for weddings and corporate occasions. Jay started developing his aptitude by rotating vinyl at house parties and advanced on to play club nights. Since then he has DJed everywhere from Seattle to Portland and represented trademarks like Blue Nile Diamonds and T-Mobile.

After many years of being an independent DJ in the biggest city in the world New York, Faruk Jasavic founded Doleto Entertainment in 2010 as a professional DJ collective with the purpose of changing the stereotype of the "cheesy wedding DJ". Since then, there have been many imitators, but only one original New York City Company and it continues to grow as a vibrant local business.

Carte Blanche is a 6-piece jazz ensemble based in New York City that performs international jazz classics from the 1920’s to the 1950’s. Featuring accordion, violin and female vocals, the group has performed around the globe. With their unique international sound and glamorous vintage style, Carte Blanche transports its audiences to times gone by with original renditions of classic songs in 7 languages – English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Yiddish. The ensemble’s versatile instrumentation has a rich captivating sound which brings elegance and refinement to any event.
