The Blossom Barn is a historical farm built in 1832 by the Steckel family. It was once a state of the art dairy farm. They sold Steckel Dairy products. The dairy barn was one of many barns and outbuildings here on the 100+ acres. The original dairy barn burned down and this one we restored was built in the early 1900's. We were able to restore all of these buildings on the property, the dairy barn, the white livestock barn, milk-house, chicken coop and the two silos attached to the dairy barn. Our venue is truly one of a kind, unlike any other venue around! From the exposed brick, many windows with natural light, exposed beams to the elegant chandeliers & Bride/Groom suites in the silos you are sure to feel the intimate romance and nostalgic ambiance here at the Blossom Barn🖤

As a museum and a historic building, the History Center has a unique character of its own for you and your guests to explore. The History Center has three rooms available to rent, making it the perfect location for any event. The Shields Room is the centerpiece of the museum. It is the former City Council Chamber and Courtroom. Its features include golden oak paneling, a grand chandelier, large windows with expansive city views, and the restored 22-foot ceiling decorated in rich colors and 24kt gold-leaf stencils. You and your guests may ascend the Grand Staircase or use the elevator to reach the room’s second floor entrance. Two smaller rooms, the Board Room and the Orientation Room, are also available to accommodate small gatherings.
