Hi! I'm Molly, owner of At Least, There Will Be Cake. With a background in pastry and a love of cake from my grandmother I opened my in-home bakery in 2017. My passion is to create delicious cakes with unique designs to enhance your special day of celebration.

My Friend’s Bakery is a custom cake and dessert studio creating a variety of baked goods from tiered cakes, to cupcakes, and dessert tables. I have 10+ years experience in the industry with a degree in baking and pastry arts from Johnson & Wales University.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. We can create any dessert spread you desire! Everything is made by hand including our french macarons, cake and cupcake fillings (no jelly here!), and ganaches. A recent transplant from NYC. Michelle has always been an avid baker and cook, Michelle enrolled in The Institute of Culinary Education’s School of Pastry and Baking Arts and graduated in September of 2013 with Highest Honors. Following her externship, Michelle launched her own business, Eat Great Cake where she creates custom cakes and pastries. Michelle attended the University of California San Diego and has completed numerous certificate programs in the culinary arts.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

I’m Erinn and I make cakes! That Cake Stand started out in 2017 as a baking blog, then evolved into a licensed home bakery/custom cake business. CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! For as long as I can remember, I've loved being in the kitchen, and have been told that I remind people of my grandma, Mazie, who passed from cancer when my dad was young. While I've spent more hours than most in the kitchen (often at odd hours), my career led me in another direction. However, I've repeatedly been told "you should open a bakery!" Through years of education, baking has been my therapy, and brought happiness to my colleagues' stomaches as well. After being diagnosed with cancer at a young age myself, I've realized the importance of pursuing your passions, and with the support of my family, I pursued baking as a second job.
