I can’t say enough about Maddie and her team. Maddie did an excellent job keeping me organized and making sure my vision came to life. I was a little all over the place with knowing what I wanted and she helped to keep me focused throughout the process. The day of my wedding was perfect. I didn’t have a speck of stress because Maddie and her team executed flawlessly and helped to prevent any stressors. In addition to planning my wedding (which was a holiday) she planned by birthday brunch the day after. She created my vision board, recommended vendors, kept me organized and all I had to do was show up! There’s no way I would have been able to pull of a NYE wedding and a New Year’s Day brunch right after without her! I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our weekend special!

Carmen and her team made wedding planning easy and enjoyable. From the beginning, Carmen worked with us to develop an aesthetic that was elegant and personal to us. If we had a specific vision for something, she showed us how to execute that vision within our budget. If we weren’t sure what we wanted, Carmen presented us with different design options to help us figure out what we liked. She had great ideas, and we trusted her judgment completely. In choosing vendors, Carmen presented us with various options within our budget and gave thoughtful notes and recommendations. If we wanted to consider vendors outside our planned budget, Carmen was always ready to discuss additional options as well as ways to offset additional costs if we decided to spend more in one category. We trusted Carmen’s recommendations completely, and she never led us astray. Once we chose vendors, Carmen made sure our contracts addressed all of our needs and helped us understand industry standards and expectations. As we got closer to the wedding, Carmen took full responsibility for communications with vendors and even fielded questions from our family and wedding party in the lead up to the big day. This was a lifesaver and allowed us to focus on the important things. On the wedding day, Carmen and her team ensured everything ran perfectly. Someone from Carmen’s team was always nearby if I needed something--but I didn’t because it was all so well planned! Between the ceremony and reception, Carmen’s team set aside two of every appetizer along with two of our signature cocktails to ensure we got to try everything. When we arrived at the reception, everything looked beautiful. The set up and take down happened so seamlessly we weren’t even aware of it, and anything we were taking home was packed up and placed in our bridal suite waiting for us at the end of the night. It really was our perfect wedding. My husband and I, along our families, will always be grateful to Evermore Occasions for giving us the celebration of our dreams!

We do not regret the choice of booking them for our wedding. We love a great planning company that will not rip you off. You know exactly where every dime is going thanks to Amaka and her report sheet. They also do not charge you for every little add on like other planners do. Let’s also mention that they always work with our budget, but we usually end up tipping because they're just soo goood :-). One thing we really love, is having our own contracts for vendors. Vendors will send out contracts to Amaka, and she in return will send contracts to the vendors to sign on our behalf so it made us feel very comfortable with booking the recommended vendors. It keeps us safe from vendors that cancel last minute or show up late.

Elizabeth Carberry and her team are truly second to none in the wedding planning space. Back in 2019, I had met with numerous planners in DC and the stars aligned on cost, vision, and personality with Elizabeth immediately. Even before we signed on the dotted line, Elizabeth was hard at work taking the things we mentioned in our first call and setting up appointments with vendors. As it turned out, this would be an excellent indication of how thoughtful, efficient, and hardworking she and her team would be in working with us to plan our dream wedding(s) over the next few years. When the pandemic hit, we had already booked our date and many vendors but it was clear we probably weren’t going to move forward with our original date or vision, Elizabeth was so on top of rescheduling things and renegotiating on our contracts, we felt totally supported the entire time. She really went above and beyond. We started planning another version of our wedding on a rescheduled date and once again, another wave of the pandemic hit and we were out of luck again. While I’m sure Elizabeth and her team were as exhausted and frustrated as we were, they kept everything professional while also being incredibly empathetic to the situation. We canceled our second attempt at a wedding and went back to the drawing board. Third times the charm, it seems! My husband and I decided to scrap our plans for a big 200 person wedding bash in DC and have an intimate ceremony of 45 people at my parents cabin in PA. We proposed this idea to Elizabeth, knowing it was a huge pivot and trek for her, but without really any hesitation we shifted gears and started planning our new dream wedding in the mountains of PA. Within a matter of days, our contracts had been once again renegotiated with vendors who wanted to make the trip to another state and new vendors were found (a seemingly impossible task in rural PA). The day went off without a hitch and my husband and I look back on the whole process and wedding day so fondly, even with the nightmare of the pandemic. The day of, Elizabeth and her team were so incredible and efficient but stayed behind the scenes, making sure I knew they were there but not overwhelming us. The ceremony and reception were so beautiful and fun- she made our vision a reality. We woke up the next morning and everything was disassembled/organized and ready for the vendors to pick up. Of note, Elizabeth is also incredibly professional and will advocate for you with difficult vendors and make sure you’re not getting taken advantage of- you can tell she’s seasoned pro! Elizabeth and her team are the reason why, even after two foiled attempts, we have nothing but amazing memories from the wedding planning and actual day of! I recommend Elizabeth Carberry to anyone getting married- she and her team are the best of the best. Thank you for our perfect day, EC!

We would virtually meet on Zoom once a month, but her secret weapon is a web portal that has everything you need to reference from customized timelines, budgeting, photo boards, vendors/contact info, & so much more! It also makes it very convenient to communicate through there. Instead of many emails or text chains about allllll the topics that will arise, you can post thoughts, questions, pictures, links, documents, & more. It will notify Veronica by email that you put something in Aisle Planner & she can read/respond & will get back to you within 24hrs. So although I did the 'virtual' package I never felt like I was alone or like Veronica wasn't there to help (she even video chatted with me at the final venue walkthrough 30 days before the wedding!) Even if you think you don't need help or it's not worth it, I promise that when your mental sanity is dwindling, especially towards the end with everything going on, you will be SOO happy you chose Veronica for either in-person or virtual wedding planning!

Kristy was the wedding vendor I didn’t know I needed, until I met her! My husband and I hired Kristy as our day of coordinator for our wedding last weekend and she was nothing short of amazing! Once our wedding was about 4 months out and we really started to get into the weeds of planning our big day, we realized that we needed a day of coordinator as we were doing a lot of DIY touches for the wedding and needed someone there to make sure our vision could actually come to life. Upon meeting Kristy, she immediately gave us a ton of ideas as to where to thrift on a tight budget and had so much information and helpful tips to offer. She also took over the vendor communication 3 months out which was a huge lift in the final planning stage! She was very effective in her coordination with all of our vendors and point of contacts so that on the day of the wedding we were really just enjoying the day both carefree and stress-free. Kristy offers a ton of helpful documents to review after your first session with her and she creates a custom timeline for you with the day scheduled to the minute. She was so organized and really kept us on track! Kristy also did an amazing job with the breakdown of the event especially since we brought in a lot of the decor in ourselves. She was flexible in making sure that all of our items got into one of our family member’s cars so it could be picked up whenever we had time the next day. This was a huge help so that guests at the wedding weren’t carrying flowers, vases, and signs home for us and instead headed directly to the after party. She even texted my parents the morning after with the details of where all of our items were stored and shared some great photos (and a reel with us) from the day! :) Kristy was also an advocate for us as clients, which went a really long way. We were having issues communicating well with one of our vendors, but Kristy stepped in and found a way to get a hold of the vendor and ensure our ask could be met. Without that push, our day would have looked a lot different than the vision we had hoped for- she really made our day come to life. After going through the wedding process, I truly think everyone needs a day of coordinator so if you have a slight inclination that someone is needed, think no further and contact Kristy! While weddings can get expensive as we all know, the best use of our money on our wedding day was spent on Kristy. Looking back on our day, we can’t thank her enough!!

The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Cassidy and her team! She arrived to our venue so early to personally decorate and coordinate with everyone. I had put my full trust in Cassidy when it came to the final venue set-up and decorations. I was in awe when I showed up to the venue and saw how beautiful everything was. Following venue set-up, she was in full wedding coordinator mode and ensured our entire day went smoothly.
