We absolutely loved using Aisle Planner to make our seating chart. Making our seating assignments was one of the easiest tasks because we had the aisle planner seating tool. It is amazing! Running into Christina what was probably the best thing the universe has given me (after my husband of course lol). This review is going to be lengthy so fair warning on that. Let's start with wedding day and then backtrack. Christina was beyond prepared for everything needed on wedding day. No detail was missed. She showed up bright and early to the venue to ensure everything was properly organized. She was the last to leave the venue and ensured that everything was wrapped up accordingly. Everything was running on time because of her and everyone was aware of the roles they were playing. Christina's team is also extremely friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that all of Christina's experience has made her into the the professional she is to date. Before the wedding day, she was also very much so prepared to ask the right questions. She ensured that my now husband and I were comfortable and ready for the big day. This girl took so much stress off of my shoulders I would have been a mess without her. Christina scheduled regular meetings with me to ensure that things were moving swiftly prior to the wedding. I was also missing a few of my vendors and her recommendations were absolutely spot on. She made everything extremely convenient for me I never once had to go out of my way for anything. Anyway, Christina is a life saver. Thanks to all of her experience and hard work, My husbands and I's wedding day was the most beautiful, memorable, and loving experience of my life.

That's where Isabel and her incredible team stepped in, turning our dream into an incredible reality. Organizing a wedding from the Haldi ceremony to the grand reception in just three months is no small feat, yet Isabel did it with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail, educating herself on the customs and intricacies of Indian weddings, and her ability to execute everything perfectly left us in awe. The smallest of our ceremonies hosted 70 guests, while the largest celebration welcomed an astonishing 430 people. Remarkably, each event went off without a hitch. On all of the days, thanks to Isabel and her team, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the joy and love surrounding us. We received countless compliments from our guests on how impeccably organized and smooth everything was. Isabel's expertise in handling every aspect of the wedding, from the tiniest detail (matching drinks to the ceremony's colors) to the most significant arrangements (having only 1.5hrs to setup the ceremony with 700 chairs and a massive mandap), ensured a seamless and memorable experience for us and our families. Her dedication and passion for her work were evident throughout the 3 months we worked together. We highly recommend Isabel to anyone looking for a wedding planner who can make their special day as magical as ours was :)

We hired Katelynn and her team for wedding coordination - I was so hesitant with hiring for coordination, Daisy Sun, actually was the last vendor we hired and now looking back, I have no idea where we'd be without them!! Katelynn has such a calming presence. She is always happy and approaches each task with a smile. I still don't know if/what went wrong, because she took care of everything. She provides planning suggestions along the way based on her experience, but encourages and respects the final decision to be yours. While I already planned to someone for day of coordination, my mom was the one really pushing for one to ensure everything ran smoothly the day of. Dominique and her team went way above and beyond that! I met Dom at SoHo63’s open house and knew it was meant to be. Charming, humorous, smart and put together, I knew we would click! She set expectations with the package I selected (which was extremely reasonable and included more than competitors). She gave me a timeframe for when our appts would begin and what I could work on leading up to them. Her day of toolkit was a lifesaver!! She kept everything organized and had amazing recommendations for all my ideas. Nothing was left in the unknown so I never felt anxious. The day of went off without a hitch, on time, and our guests still continue to compliment us on how amazing our wedding was! It could not have been done without Soul Agave. They truly are the best!

Where to even begin! Taylor made our special day everything we wanted and more! From start to finish, Taylor and her team were professional and so respectful of our wishes. Day of, we woke up to rain pouring in Vegas, but that didn’t stop Taylor and her team for executing the perfect day…we insisted on getting married outside, we pushed our start date back to hopefully not get rained on. Thankfully, the rain stopped for 30 min just the right amount of time to get married. Taylor made sure guests had dry seats to sit on and cocktails in hand. Taylor made sure we were taken care of (food and drinks) during our pictures. Moving into the reception, Taylor made sure we were well fed, and always had a drink in hand, along with our head table. She guided us into our grand entrance, and all of our scheduled songs. Our big day was perfect and flawless in every single way. If there was any sort of issue or problem, we certainly didn’t know about it, because Taylor handled it all, and without us knowing or fretting about it. She brought a lot of calmness to us, on one of the biggest days of our lives. The best thing we did for our wedding was hire Taylor. She made us feel more than just a client or number. We walked away being friends! Cannot recommend TayCheney events enough!!

I work with a lot of coordinators (I've shot around 1000 weddings), and they are not always super friendly and accommodating with the other vendors, but she has been great at the weddings I’ve worked with her at. On the wedding day she arrives early and is always on top of everything all day long, tirelessly. I always arrive about 2 hours prior to my start time on the wedding day to scout the location for photography angles, lighting and so forth, and eat lunch, and Stephanie is always there super early as well. There are a lot of moving parts during a wedding, and they all need to stay on track or everything can get derailed, and she is always on top of it all. Of course prior to the wedding day she collaborates with me on the timeline and in general to make sure I have what I need on the day so that my photography will go smoothly and the couple would get what they want out of the photography. I would highly recommend hiring Stephanie and her team!!

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

While we worked the remaining things that we missed from the list, Meredith diligently worked on coordinating with the other vendors and putting together a timeline for our wedding. When we first saw Meredith at the wedding, she was in her element. She had the staff working to make sure the drinks were stocked, guests knew where to sign in, the dJ and the Photo Booth knew where to setup, the caterers knew where to be and more. She could not have been more professional. Upon the completion of our photos, we realized that we were going to have to move the timeline up. Meredith told us that would be no problem and immediately began making sure all necessary parties knew the update and got where they needed to go. As the night came to an end, it was such a weight off of our shoulders knowing that we didn't have anything to worry about. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.
