I've been a professional photographer since 2016 but really I've been invested in photography since I was 15 years old. My love for documenting moments came from a desire to capture my own life and that of my friends using disposable cameras to using flip phone cameras and point and shoot digital cameras on beach trips with friends. I’ll try to keep this short: I’m a silly, introverted, rule breaker with a sincere whimsical streak. Originally from Iowa with a decent chunk of time spent bopping between Minneapolis and Oregon, I love weddings + photography (duh), my nephew, a stiff gin + tonic, propagating too many damn houseplants, and my cats. Last I checked I’m an INFP, Enneagram 4, and Capricorn which makes me quite the pragmatic daydreamer + observer: as unnecessarily prepared as a Boy Scout, curiously creative, and hella laid back, all of which uniquely prepares me for the ebb and flow of a wedding day.
