Stephanie was matched as our month of coordinator (but really was 3 months!) with her experience in the wedding and catering industries, we knew she would be an amazing fit! Stephanie came to the table ready to go with great advice, direction, and support prior to the wedding. We had several meetings to talk through the vision and it really came to life! From helping place DIY projects like table numbers, menus, frames, etc, to cake and pizza deliveries, to vendor communication and flow day of (with 7 different vendors), Stephanie was professional and positive all day and night! We had a panic mode mid wedding when we ran out of vodka at the bar and Stephanie let us know right away and actually made the trip herself to get us stocked up again - talk about life saver!!!! One of my biggest regrets with my wedding was not hiring Tatiana sooner! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Vine Branch. You could not find a better person to help you with your wedding than Tatiana. Whatever you do, your first step after being engaged should be to hire her and not look back. Don’t learn your lesson and regret it like I did! This will be the single best decision you make. Tatiana is made for this role. Her attention to detail, her personality, her organization, her commitment to her people and making them happy and their lives easier. When I got engaged, I contacted Tatiana. She helped me with venue suggestions, logistics, everything - emails, phone calls, texts, you name it. Our budget was small, and at the end of the day, we decided not to hire her. A HUGE mistake. (Taking this second to add, even when we decided not to hire her, Tatiana was the most gracious and still offered to help in any way she could). I am type A, I am an attorney. How hard can this be? My goodness how wrong I was! I struggled coordinating everything and that is an understatement. I read books, I read blogs, I reached out to hundreds of vendors. All while pulling my hair out, not sleeping, and hating the planning process rather than looking forward to my wedding. Fast forward one year to the day before my wedding. I got a text from my rental place - your rentals are in the truck on their way to your venue! Oh no.I had booked my rentals for the wrong YEAR. That night, after lots of crying, I called Tatiana and begged her to let me hire her. I was so nervous, head in my hands, and I needn’t have been - no one is more kind and gracious and understanding and just plain wanting to help.I From that year onward, life was so much easier and less stressful. I had someone in my corner, who I trusted wholeheartedly, helping me every step of the way. She constantly assured me no question was too stupid, no text too needy - and thank goodness. I knew nothing about wedding planning. So many details I had not even thought about - like without Tatiana, I would have forgotten that I needed transportation to my own wedding. She was there for countless questions, from what things can I cut to save money, to how many candles do I need, to which of these invitations looks best after I’ve gone back and forth 100 times. Tatiana is a friend, a comforting presence, a sounding board for all your ideas and a super knowledgeable older sister to walk you through it all. On top of that she is a true professional who knows every single detail of your wedding inside and out. The month before, as I was stressing out more than before, Tatiana was the one confirming everything with the vendors, making sure my rental would be delivered on the right day this time, my florals would be perfect, my photographer and dj knew the timelines she’d created, everything. So much taken off my plate so I could worry about the things I actually needed to worry about. Every single vendor told me that she was incredible, so organized, so knowledgeable, so nice - how lucky I was to have her as my planner. Vine Branch is responsible for my wedding going off without a hitch. I could focus on getting ready and calming my nerves, knowing that her team was getting the ceremony and reception locations set up and making everything perfect behind the scenes. I am a super anxious person, and having someone by my side every step of the way was worth every single penny and then some.

In the recent weeks following my wedding, friends and family have been inquiring about the big day, notably interested to hear about any events gone awry/disaster stories that took place. To their dismay, I have been able to confidentially respond, “Actually, everything went exactly according to plan and it felt like a pretty chill day!” This is because of Lynette Palacios. My mom and I planned my wedding together for 9 months and brought on Lynette at the 6-weeks-out-mark to be our coordinator. From the moment she joined the team, Lynette was prompt, organized, enthusiastic, and detail oriented. She graciously offloaded our work in the weeks leading up to the wedding so that my family and I could truly enjoy the celebrations without worrying about any logistics. On wedding day, Lynette handled it all: vendor arrival and setup, timeline management, table settings, chair arrangement, guest greeting— all while constantly ensuring that the groom and I had a cocktail in our hands and all other needs met. She knew our grandparents’ names and even held our grand entrance 5 minutes when she noticed that the groom’s grandmother was in the restroom. She had eyes on it all. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

Boy oh boy did I take my time with hiring a day of coordinator. My dad tried to convince me to just rely on family for running the day of. He almost had me too, but after meeting with McKenna and booking her, my stress levels dropped so much. She handled the day of so seamlessly! There's no way my family would have had the time to do what she did. I laid out mine and my now husbands vision and expectations for the day and McKenna went above and beyond to make sure it happened. After searching the internet for planners that had done weddings at our venue we came across Positively Charming Weddings. We had previously met with a few other planners but after our initial call with Carissa she really stood out to us and we immediately knew we would be in good hands with her. Save yourself some time, and just call Jesse! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We first met Jesse in a desperate situation. Our original wedding photog ghosted us and we had NO MEMORIES from our day. Jesse graciously helped us recreate all those memories. From a beautiful sunset anniversary photo shoot on the beach, to an all in recreation at our church where we got married. The pictures were stunning, amazing quality. The edits are so beautiful! We didn’t know exactly what kind of poses we wanted, so she had a list of ideas ready to go, and she knew what she was doing. We loved our end results so much, that Jesse has remained our go to photographer for so much more! I had a backyard wedding on 9/23/23 and let me say that having a backyard wedding for 150 people is not for the faint of heart! But from the moment we hired Dream Co. things got easier. Carrie was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and it was a HUGE relief when she started coordinating and communicating with vendors directly (which was my least favorite part). On the wedding day, several things didn't go according to plan (which always happens) and Carrie and her assistant Deanna handled it seamlessly. I heard from so many people that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and I owe so much of that to Carrie and Deanna. We also had the pleasure of working with Natasha for decoration and her eye for detail was beyond words. She took piles of supplies and decor and turned the backyard into a 5-star venue. We found out about her services through the Bridal World Expo held in Pasadena. I truly appreciated how Christina made herself available to us throughout the whole process. Christina would respond to all of our inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. She also provided alternative vendors when I was still searching for our final ones. Christina is also punctual and very organized. From being able to schedule our first meeting through an online calendar to filling out a few questionnaires that helped us gather our thoughts on the small details. She did not miss a thing! Christina’s experience and wealth of knowledge was invaluable to the planning process. When having our final details meeting, she knew exactly what to ask of our venue coordinator and brought up subjects that were not on our radar (e.g., asking what miscellaneous vendors need for when setting up). She helped us plan a realistic timeline, distributed this timeline to our vendors, and most importantly helped us stick to it on the big day. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry because we knew Christina would take care of everything. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. Emily went out of her way to help coordinate a meeting and visit. On the day she did such an amazing job that she made everything look way better than I ever imagined. She also helped make the day flow smoothly that all vendors were aware of the timeline and things were done on time. She helped me fit in all my major events during photography coverage. Planning your son and future daughter-in-law's wedding is exciting and sometimes overwhelming. You want it to be perfect for the bride and the groom. You want the guests to have a wonderful time. To accomplish this without any mistakes, I hired a wedding planner. How to find the right planner can be stressful. You want someone who listens, is organized, has great resources, and is fun to work with. I thankfully found Michelle Tu, Somni Events, through the recommendation of our wedding venue, the Bel Air Bay Club, and she is all of those things. Michelle is everything you could want in a planner. She is not only organized, but she keeps you on track as well. I thought it would be tricky with the bride and groom in New York and the wedding in Los Angeles. But Michelle made it easy—Coast to Coast Zoom planning meetings and design meetings. She gave us great options for florists, videographers, photographers, hair and makeup artists, etc. Michelle uses a platform to make it easy to upload guest lists, keep track of those who are attending, create table seating with ease, and a timeline for us to make sure we have completed things such as when to get the marriage license and when to order the wedding invitations, as well as when each payment is due for each vendor. She also handles all the contracts for the vendors. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and her staff make sure the wedding ceremony and the event run smoothly. She allows the bride and groom and their families to enjoy the event without any worries about any of the details. I could not have had such a wonderful time at our son’s wedding, without Michelle. The bride and groom could not have been happier.

Her communication was excellent and always right on time. Transitioning from the ceremony, to the reception, to the dance portion of the evening, was as seamless as you can hope for as a DJ. It was not a pleasure to work with Britney, but an HONOR to. One thing that stood out the most and really set her apart, is that fact that she loves love. That was readily apparent in the way she carried herself and executed her responsibilities for the day. I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for someone to coordinate your wedding! Seriously, look no further!

I have a photobooth business, and had the pleasure of working with Michelle & her team this weekend to service a wedding, so I am writing this review as a vendor, and from a vendor's perspective. To start, Michelle is on top of it! She is incredibly organized and strikes me as someone who dots her "i's" and crosses her "t's". If there is any missing information, incomplete documents, or details needed from a vendor, she always follows up via email & text and makes sure that those requirements get sent in. She is on top of it and is pretty persistent in her follow-ups, so my advice to other vendors is to just get those requirements in early! :) Before the big day, Michelle follows up with the vendors to confirm details like arrival times, service schedules, vendor meal preferences, etc. And she provides everyone a final timeline along with detailed instructions & maps to make loading in and setting up easy & smooth for all of us. It's actually pretty amazing to watch. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented as well, and based on my interaction with her, she seems to be always thinking about the experience that she wants to create for bride/groom and their guests. When it was time for the big event - the wedding ceremony, everything came together just beautifully and the bride's walk down the aisle was absolutely flawless. It was really something special. You can feel the spirit of the moment in the calm, beautiful atmosphere that the team created...it was a very special moment. Felix is an amazing coordinator for any event! He served as my day of coordinator for my wedding this past April and I could not have been any happier with how the day unfolded! He was there every step of the way making sure all was attended to and that the day went smoothly. Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!
